Think you can't taste the difference between eggs? Think again.
I would never have thought I could taste the difference between two brands of eggs. After trying these we went back to our old brand and couldn't believe the difference in richness of these eggs. They are the best eggs we have eaten and we don't mind paying the premium when you consider their quality and the environment of the chickens. My only complaint, which is on Fresh, is figuring out a better way to ship the eggs. 1 out of 3 cartons we buy, one or more eggs are broken.

The best eggs!
These are the best eggs. Yes they are more expensive but they come from happy chickens. They are bigger than even large eggs at the store and the yolks are so much brighter. Taste great too. Also comes with an insert that contains info about the hen of the month. Worth the extra money

Roll Royce of Eggs...
The best tasting commercial eggs I found in the market--next to my backyard coop. The yolk is deep orange and set high. Firm white. Buttery, rich tasting eggs. I splurge on this when I want some scramble eggs or omelet. Soft boiled eggs? OMG, divine! I won't use it for baking, though. Too good for that. As the days progress to summer, I found the yolks become deep orange. While in the winter, the yolks are slightly paler. This is normal, folks. The color of the yolks is depended of what the hens eat. In the summer, grass, greenery and bugs are more available for the hens' diet. In the winter, they might give the hens some supplements. This actually the same with my backyard chickens. In the summer, my hens eat plenty of grass and alfalfa and bugs--their eggs are sublime. Come the the winter, the grass are practically non-existent in midwest and I have to force them to eat alfalfa pellets (they're not a fan of dried hay) and plus mealworm if I want to have the same quality eggs. These alfresco eggs are convenience to have if you don't have own hens in your backyard. Nom nom!

Best eggs I was able to find on amazon usa.
Best eggs I was able to find on amazon usa. Better than Horizon eggs and much better than “Organic Valley” eggs. I like the yolk color which is intensely yellow with a touch of orange. These Vital Farms eggs are still not as good as eggs offered in other countries where the food production is less industrialized. I just came back from a trip to Colombia where “huevos campesinos” (farmer’s eggs) were significantly tastier, with the yolk color intensely orange.

BEST EGGS I'VE EVER HAD
I was never able to taste the difference between a normal brown egg and "organic" eggs. My mom is always a big fan of buying super expensive natural eggs and she is always saying they taste good but I could never tell. But this one taste so amazing! I have to control myself not to eat over 2 per day. I don't know if I'm cooking these more carefully because they are pricy, but they always behave the way I want them to-- they don't bubble up when I make sunny side up eggs as much as the cheapest white eggs. I've had lots of eggs expired on me because I forgot to eat them, but never with these because they are so good. Also, I stumbled upon some videos saying chickens for laying eggs are not treated with proper food to save the cost. They basically eat garbage because no one is eating their meat. So other than tasting great, pasture-raised chicken sounds more humanely treated.

worth every penny
Best eggs I've ever had, other than the ones from my own chickens. If you aren't familiar with fresh eggs, don't freak out at the yolk color. I've purchased dozens of these eggs. I got a bad one - and I mean so rotten I had to leave the room - only once. The shell had a slight hairline crack that I didn't notice until I was cracking it into a bowl. Buy these eggs, but be diligent in checking for cracks.

Closest thing to owning your own chickens!
Do a little research and you will see that "cage free" is another marketing tool. That is why you need your eggs from pastured chickens. It is hard to shell out (Pun intended!) almost $5/dozen, when commercial eggs are less than a $1.00, but the positive impact on your health is worth every penny! Not to mention, the chickens are in a more humane situation by default! Worth it!

rich orange yolk
you can tell the quality of an egg when its raw by how ornage and visous it is. The more orange the yolk and the more viscosity it has - the better the egg. Tastebuds agree too. The yolks in this egg are very orange! very rich! very tasty when soft boiled and runny !

Awesome Eggs For Awesome Price!
I make these for my kids, and I think they taste better than other eggs. I bought these off Amazon Fresh, but I also routinely buy these from the store. The eggs are pretty amazing and full. They look healthy. I try to avoid animal products wherever I can, but the reality of it is with pets and kids it's not completely feasible. I can't speak ogof the farm conditions of the manufacturer but they are certainly producing robust, healthy eggs, and I'm hoping that means happy chickens, well, as happy as any farm chicken can be! One or two eggs fluff up a considerable amount and seem to taste really fresh. I'm sure we've all had the gross thin sickly cheap eggs. EW. These are not those.
