Best Shepherds pie

These pies are insanely delicious, but very expensive. I wish I could buy them more often, but they are more of a treat than a regular item. Excellent quality.

Was once a winner...now...wth...??

Agreed to prior reviewers..overpriced, dry and now...with extra.....Curry Flavor...?? Puhlease.....no thank you. If this was a new recipe, that includes a entire different consistency that now departs from...A Once Deliecious Shepards Pie...but now curry essence, and no gravy...cack..?? Please do yourself a favor Savory Pie Guy, and get back that original recipe, cause you HAD a winner...and NOW, you have gotten off track...get back to the basics...! How hard is it...beef stew, pie crust, mash on top...period...!

MUCH tastier than the normal "pot pie"!

The beef pie I tried was surprisingly delicious -- much tastier than the normal "pot pie". However, they are very rarely in stock on Amazon Fresh, so disappointing not to be able to enjoy more of them!

I disagree with all the negative reviews. I find it a tasty dish for lunch or supper. The portion and price is just right if compared to a fast food burger meal.

I am picky, and...

I liked it! The filling had a nice flavor, the crust was good, the potatoes were creamy under a crisp top. I'm surprised at the lower ratings - I will order again and hope the quality I enjoyed is consistent. Yes, it was a bit expensive, but not much more than Blake's, which I used to be able to get in the grocery store but has disappeared, so I'm happy. Thanks, Savory Pie Guy, keep baking!

Savory Pies are savory!

I was surprised at the negative reviews. I found the pie delicious and will order more. The seasoning is different than most meat pies, but I found that to be a plus. The crust is good -- doesn't taste like cardboard

Yummy!

I put it in the microwave for 4 minutes (in the box, as instructed) then in the toaster over for 5 minutes and it was PERFECT! There weren't many veggies, mostly meat and potatoes. Well spiced, great texture and very delicious!!
