As a matter of fact went to a Car show yesterday and met a fellow who had the exact same F150 I have he installed a Borla system

People who have written it is loud are not accurate - it is louder than stock by a lot but in no way obnoxiously loud by any means. As an older gear head from the early 70's (Plymouth RoadRunner, Dodge Challenger, Ford Boss Mustang, etc etc) this exhaust is just what the doctor ordered to wake up the absolutely anemic stock exhaust Ford ships from the factory. Also lighter than the stock exhaust shaving off some pounds by installing this. Also, picked up some HP as it is combined with an SB CAI and improved gas mileage by about 2 or 3 MPG... If your thinking about this save yourself some $$$ by buying this exhaust over the prohibitively expensive Corsa or Borla systems. As a matter of fact went to a Car show yesterday and met a fellow who had the exact same F150 I have he installed a Borla system and side by side the Flowmaster sounded better, more of a deep rumble vs the tinny sounding high pitched Borla, and for HALF THE PRICE. He was pissed beyond - lol...!!!

I just want to let people know I drive an F-150 with the V8...

I was looking for a set that was loud, but not obnoxious. After doing some research and finding this set I ended up picking it. I was slightly concerned with the cabin drone on the highway, it's louder than stock, but not as much as I was thinking(think one more click louder on the radio to cancel it out). The install was simple, the hardest part was taking the old muffler off as I don't have a lift and the stock muffler is two pieces and MUCH heavier, needed an extra set of hands to wriggle it around the rear axle. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a true V8 sound without making enemies with all your neighbors.

I will say the instructions suck, no detail. But mainly self explanatory any way. Those who say you have to take it in or have another pair of hands, all I can say is I got it done on my garage floor by my self. I did not have to cut the oem to get it out either. Some tips, snug each attachment as you go, when it comes to the muffler I found hanging the drivers side section to utilize a closer hanger worked better as far as supporting everything as you align and snug up. The first start up the kids came out of the house like a bomb exploded. Highway speed cab drone is minimal, through the city in lower gears it gets pretty loud. But that’s what I wanted. The first driver all three kids were grinning ear to ear. Gotta love that!

Sounds great on my 5.0

Installed on 2018 5.0 supercrew 10 speed automatic. Really happy with the sound. Loud, but not obnoxious. Install took around 3 hours start to finish working on a lift. The instructions advise to install the right pipe from the muffler first, but I had to disconnect and install the left pipe from the muffler outlet first because clearance is pretty tight around the spare tire and rear end. I used the clamps to hold everything in place and tack welded all joints. I'd recommend this kit. Sounds really good with the 5.0

Awesome Sound!

For the price, I could not ask for a better sounding exhaust system. Product arrived a day early and installing it was easy. A little awkard for one person. A second set of hands would have been helpful. Still, pretty straight forward intall. Directions were good and the job took less than 2 hours. Very pleased with the throaty sound of this exhaust on my 2018 F-150 5 liter V8.

Worth the price easy to install.

2018 F150 5.0L Great sound, I’m a mechanic so install took about an hour , First start ups it’s loud because engine is at high RPM’s , very deep and after a couple weeks rips when U hammer down. I would recommend this to anyone with this truck because the stock exhaust made this 400hp sound like a Camry but now sounds like a truck.

Great Quality

Perfect fit and easier if you have a lift. Best to install and make all adjusted correctly and then tack weld before installing strap clamps. excellent sound on the F150 Coyote motor !

Awesome sound, easiest install I’ve ever done. Clamps aren’t bad, just make sure they are positioned correctly, and you do not over torque them. Tight is tight, doesn’t have to bend the pipe into submission.

Perfect Fit For 2018 F150 Crew Cab 6.5 Bed

Installation a breeze - direct fit for my truck with no issues whatsoever. Sounds great, but not too loud... just enough to get the neighbors attention.
