Fun and easy to use!

My 8.5 year old daughter loves this. The instructions were hard for her to follow so she jumped on youtube and found several easy to follow videos. Her sense of pride when she's finished a scarf (that's all she's been making so far) makes this more than worth it to me. It keeps her busy, entertained for decent periods of time. Super pleased with this item.

It's very beginner friendly - So great for all users.

2nd time ordering this knitting machine. We love to crochet around here and this makes knitting easy breezy. I've already done make a entire carseat cover within an hour or two. I really enjoy the easy of use with this product. Also its definitely beginner friendly for kids as well as adults.

She loved that she was able to use it with ease ...

I got this for my kids (ages 8 and 10) to start getting down the basics of knitting after trying to learn using needles proved to be a bit difficult. Right away my 8 year old started making the headband and she finished within a couple hours. She loved that she was able to use it with ease and that the directions were very clear. It has storage for everything you need, which I love. The charms that come with it aren't much, but they are fine for something to start with. The only negative was that we almost ran out of yarn before the headband was finished, but if you use your own that shouldn't be an issue.

Great for my 8 year old

I do not know how to knit and my 8 year olddaughter wanted to learn. We both ise it. I did watch YouTube to learn how to use it, but once you get it, it's pretty easy to continue. I've made a couple scarves too!

I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter for Christmas. I used to knit when I was a kid, so I read the instructions once and then was able to start the headband project while showing my daughter what I was doing and how to do it. She caught on immediately and is having a LOT of fun with it. People who have not had prior knitting experience might find the instructions to be more difficult. The included yarn is pretty but there's not much of it, so you will need extra if your little knitter likes this kit. Overall I like this kit and would buy it again.
