Bought these for my daughter and she loves them; especially with the lids for storing any left overs. Would recommend for any kitchen.

Stick with original and reliable Pyrex, forget the no-name brands

Pyrex still holds up best in durability and in the microwave. Even their plastic covers are clearly printed on the underside with instructions as to what they can and cannot be used for. The covers ARE good for the refrigerator, freezer and microwave; but NOT for conventional oven use and can be cleaned in the dishwasher TOP RACK ONLY. The shipping packaging was excellent. No name brands break and chip easily, fancy clip covers are clumsy to used I suspect may actually stress the glass. I would not even think of using those no name plastic clip covers in the microwave. I suspect that the claims in the descriptions for many of these no namers are FALSE and are not meant for microwaving, etc., and they certainly do not hold up well. They're ultimately a waste of money.

PYREX ARE THE BEST BOWLS EVER

I had my last pyrex bowls for 40 years and finally needed to get a full set again. I left them at friends over the years (they never returned them:), broke one or two, and they just got scratches that only 40 years use could produce. I finally decided it was time to get a new set. Little did I know that they were made even better with thicker glass and a blue tinge that I just love, but they now have covers. I am in kitchen heaven now and would gladly give this set as a wedding gift, but am not and instead just enjoy the heck out of them myself. They are just awesome. I would highly recommend these to anyone who has not yet enjoyed Pryrex bowls.

I’m so happy with these bowls

I’m so happy with these bowls. I use them to store leftovers and I use them for just about anything I do in the kitchen. This is my second set The first set I’ve had for well over 15 yrs.😀

Great mixing bowls

Perfect! Dishwasher safe, not thin and flimsy, gets the job done. I don’t use the lids but they can double as storage containers had you needed to use them for that purpose but since they are made out of plastic, I personally wouldn’t heat them up even though they say it’s microwave safe.

Great bowl set!

I needed glass bowls for some homemade magnesium products and these fit the bill. Great having lids so that we can transport food to some of the family friends in need of a little help with meals. Great to have on hand for any occasion.

Quality bowls with lids

I bought these to replace some old plastic bowls with lids. I like the quality of the pure bowls and the lids fit and seal nicely. I will enjoy taking that dish of something to a function and not have to worry quite as much about getting it there without it slopping over in the car. I have used the large size for keeping my garden lettuce fresh in the fridge. I am very pleased with these bowls.

The only bowls you need

These are great for mixing, storing, and organizing your food. I have used them in the freezer to store soups with no issues and I wash them in the dishwasher. As my husband thinks Saran Wrap is the devil the lids are great. Only wish there was one more smaller bowl for kid's leftovers

I love these bowls

I don't know how durable they are yet, but so far so good... Great size versatility. Good lids. However lids are not tight enough to be leak proof, but I didn't buy them for that. I just need my items to be covered. I haven't tested them while transporting but as long as they stay upright they should be fine. The lids are soft enough to be flexible and easy to place on the bowls, but strong enough to stack at least 2 high with lids on.

Excellent storage!

Mixing bowls with lids are the greatest thing ever! I love mixing up bread dough and popping the lid on to let it rise!
