This flavoring is great for making mead. One of these small bottles provided enough for the 5 gallon batch I did. It wasn't too light nor too overpowering.

this stuff is great i ended up buying more than one of these to flavor my 5 gallon homebrew i wanted a strong flavor

I like this flavoring very much! I used it to flavor home brewed kombucha. Along with the pear flavoring it was a tremendous success! I will buy more as i need it!

Worked really well in a wheat beer I brewed. It smells fantastic and just like fresh picked blueberries. Would say I used less than the recommended amount but that is a taste preference!

Made some pear wine; it had plenty of alcohol content but no hint of pear flavor. Added 1-1/2 oz of this flavoring to each gallon. Now I can tell its pear wine. Will use this again.

I've used this product twice. First time, I made a watermelon wheat beer that was excellent. Second time was to salvage the flavor of a batch of beer that just didn't taste quite right. I added the flavoring and saved the day. Great product if you like watermelon flavor.

Making a peanut butter bear on a home brewing machine. This added to a chocolate stout had me thinking I was drinking a peanut butter cup. GREAT flavoring with other uses I'm sure

4oz of extract in a five gallon batch of wheat beer added the perfect level of blueberry flavor without being overly sweet. Tastes natural too. I was worried this would impart that "artificial sweetener" flavor in the beer, but it didn't do that at all. Everyone who's drank the beer thinks I used real blueberries in making it, and I'm fine with letting them believe that. Our little secret!

Was perfect for brewing a mango ale. Some reviews mentioned it was strong but it was not when we added it to our 6 gallon batch. At first it was a little strong but the flavor dissipated a few days later and it was the perfect amount of mango taste to our beer. Would purchase again for our beer recipe.

This flavoring actually makes whatever you add it to taste like the fruit (blueberries). I'm using it to add more blueberry flavor to a blueberry tea I make and it works nicely. Cautionary note, however... it's highly concentrated and, as a result, quite strong so use it sparingly. Try a little in a sample batch or brew before tossing it into your entire batch of whatever. In my experience, flavorings are either too weak or impart a taste not true to the fresh fruit. This flavoring, however, does a nice job of creating a taste like the fruit itself.
