It’s hard to know if this product actually works because our Keurig works just fine. I bought this anyway to simply complete the maintenance. I was surprised that Athena instructions asked me to use the entire bottle. It’s a timely process. I would buy again but probably directly from Keurig.

Okay, so I have NEVER used this stuff before and I’ve never descaled our Keurig. Boy was I shocked when I found this and followed the instructions. I had to shut off the coffee maker 3 times because it was so clogged! But, the Instructions told me exactly what to do if this happened. I definitely feel a lot better about having a “descaled coffee maker” and will be doing this religiously every 3-6 months.

This is so great!

This stuff is so easy to use and works great! My machine was only releasing 3-4 ounces of water when I would try to brew a cup of coffee, I was ready to replace it. I had used vinegar a couple of times with no luck. I used this according to the instructions, it only took about 20 minutes and now it’s good as new. I may have rinsed it a little more than I had to, but there is certainly no aftertaste and no stinky house!

Worked well

Made our old Keurig work like new again. Use entire bottle because we had not done it since we bought it. Really need to run clean water threw it several times after to completely rinse the product out of maker.

Cleans out a whole lot of junk. My first Keurig died after a year. I started using this product when we got a new machine; that machine is still working wonderfully after5 years.

Highly Recommend

So glad I made the choice to buy this. I was amazed at how much was cleaned out of my machine. On the last cleaning cycle, the instructions say to let the solution sit in in the machine for 30 minutes. I forgot to empty the cup after the last cycle and when I came back to finish, I discovered at least 1/2 an inch of cleaned out gunk in the bottom of the cup. Kind of gross but so glad I cleaned it.

Fixed my machine

I had an old keurig that was no longer dispensing water and this stuff cleared it out right away! The filter was easy to replace and was the perfect size. There’s enough for three cleanings in this kit which you’re supposed to perform every 6 months or so.

Works great

Cleans needles out of old grinds - didn’t like the idea of using a paper clip to clean - use this with the k cup cleaning pod fill with this instead of water and you will be very happy with the results

One bottle= almost half the reservoir

My Keurig 2.0 needed a definite descaling and I was happy I had come across this as well as the 2 filter cartridges that come with it too. The only downside is the bottle is $11 and you use the whole bottle to fill almost half the reservoir then the other half with water. I thought you could get a couple uses out of it but I guess you clean it every 3-6 months anyway. Some other people say to use vinegar to clean the machine out, but I'll stick with buying this every 6 months.

It Works!

Was ready to buy a new coffee maker. Had tried to clean it, using vinegar which lasted 2 cups. And took forever to get the vinegar taste off. Discovered this descaler, used it, and still have my machine! Worked beautifully and is still brewing. No long aftertaste. Easy to follow directions. Highly recommended.
