Multiple probe

I recently got this after attempting IP wireless cameras. It comes with everything you need. The picture is very clear and online immediately once I get it running. I've installed it at my house for over one weeks now. The set up is easy, although wires are almost always a pain.But The included cables are generous in length. Once installed, it works great. Video quality is as expected. To view remotely via a smartphone is very helpful. It is also clear enough in night time.

I bought this update security camera system for my store month ago after i lost some package. It.comes a few days later after i ordered. Great shipping speed. I installed it right away. It'a very easy to install and set up. The video quality is great. The images of video taken during the day and night are both very cleaer. It comes with 8×1080p hd camra heads and i can see every connor of my store when i seating in my office or home. I also installed two heads out front of the store. Don't need to worry about in the rain or snow cause they waterproof. Since i had them around my store i haven't lost any package in past month. As a small business owner i think it works perfect for me. Anywag This system is outstanding. Great price and Amazing product!

Great system !!!

Absolutely the best $250 Ive spent in a long time. Stupid easy to install and setup, including the smartphone app. Picture is razor sharp. Installed my system with a dedicated power supply and custom length rg58 siamesed cables. Did not use any of the supplied wires or power adapters. Only used the DVR and cameras. Put the DVR and power supply in basement and ran all cables to them. Got a long HDMI cable and long USB cable so I can monitor and control everything from my nightstand while laying in bed. Everything works fantastic !!!

I love this system

Ok, let me start by saying...I love this system...I am a real person (lol) real amazon shopper, I am not being paid to post this. This system is SUPER easy to set up, however to run the wires inside the house to hook up to the DVR may require a lil experience. It took the guys I paid to do it about 2 hours to wire and mount 6 cams. The picture is amazing, it looks like a movie...At night, the night vision is sooo clear...If you guys have any questions please email me...damonsmithsenior@yahoo.com...UPDATE!!! (3 years later) 4/23/2019 I still love this system, one cam went out not sure why, the others are working great. Im going to upgrade my cams to the 1080p, the ones I purchased were 780p. Im going to add a couple to the inside of my house....

BEST Customer Service

I do not give out praise often; in fact, this is my first Product Review in 5+ years. But I absolutely had to share my experiences with Annke Tech Support as their level of assistance and patience and accommodation was nothing short of phenomenal. After initially emailing them, they evaluated my request and responded to me within 13 hours (time zone gap included) and said that Tech Support would reach out in 24 hours. They reached out in 2...just excellent. From there, they were extremely responsive to help me troubleshoot my issue and we emailed back and forth a few times. Eventually, THEY determined that email would not resolve the issue so we had a Remote Desktop Sharing session to efficiently find resolution. We lost connection at one point, and Tech Support even CALLED ME to make sure we were still able to proceed. About 30 minutes later, I'm all set and happily keeping their product. As I am sure many of you have experienced poor customer service at some point in your life, you can rest easy that this company cares about their product and customers. If a positive review on their customer service is not enough to convince you to buy....allow me to review their product. Summary  Customer Service is Unparalleled. Price is Excellent. Video Quality is Great. Setup is fairly straight-forward. Some improved/updated instructions would be beneficial, but manageable as is. Interface could be improved to enhance experience, but ok. I spent a decent amount of time reading product descriptions and reviews for Home Video Surveillance and simply could not find anything that matched the price or positive reviews. Sure, there are some eyebrow-raising comments in some of the reviews, but nothing truly concerning. Some folks are expecting too much out of Nightvision, in general. This system performs above its price point. Sure, there are $1,000+ systems out there that will outperform this product, but that's not what you are buying. This system is a great middle ground between buying one/two over-priced Nest or Ring cameras that are merely selling their name and buying a 'high-end' surveillance system, which is probably overkill for you home. If you really need a system like that, then you should probably consider moving to a better area. You are going to get enough product (8 cameras and a DVR and remote access) to satisfy almost everyone’s surveillance needs. The quick setup guide provided was fairly straight-forward. I was able to connect it to my Smartphone without issue, easy. Adding the SADP Tool to my networked laptop was a bit more effort. The link provided in the guide was not accurate / retired, so a quick search on Annke's website located the software then back to the guide to complete setup. Not the end of the world, just be patient. If you cannot find it, email them. My 'issue', which required Tech Support, was that remote connection via the Web was no longer supported, despite being included in the guide. While this was a bit deceiving and frustrating, Tech Support was able to find a work-around and use Port Forwarding to allow me the type of access I was interested in. Most people will probably not need this, but I prefer laptops over phones and tablets, so it was a deal-breaker for me if no resolution…plus I didn’t want to have to install the SADP Tool on all of my laptops (again, I may be abnormal as I have 4 laptops in my home, but just sharing my experiences). Thankfully, Annke was able to help. Other than that, just know that the SADP Tool, Web, and DVR (i.e. direct connection between DVR and Monitor) interfaces are not overly user-friendly, but with some tinkering, you get used to the buttons and how to use the system. Again, not that big of a deal when you consider what you are getting for the price. If you are debating between this product and a competitor, give Annke a shot knowing that they will take care of you if you need help.

I spy....

*Update 10/16/18 Cameras have been up a few months now and so far so good. Granted 1 needs to be repositioned as when the sun sets the glare almost makes it useless, and 2 seem to randomly have condensation build up in them causing fog, I'm thinking this is from being mounted near tin surfaces and the heat emitted from that surface. Plan on building enclosures for each to see if it reduces this problem. Also they held up well both through Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Michael without enclosures but still. Alarms have been set, however it picks up even more than I'd like so I have to keep tweaking these settings until bearable as the emails are ridiculous. They are doing what I need which is recording any the property to prevent or id threats and to record the drive way so I have evidence for court against my neighbors who keep tearing it up. The cameras deterred them for a little while but now they're back to the same old crap and at least now it's not my word against theirs! Also note that this system was easier for me to configure than the system I helped setup from Sam's Club that my family purchased. However, they need an easier, faster way of resetting admin password, granted I found a work around but still a hassle. ****************** I haven't installed them in their final locations yet, however I did connect everything up and test which for the most part was easy enough. All the cameras were clear and operational, the instructions while minuscule were adequate enough to get the gist, everything was included, setup quick, and the system quiet. I'm not sure at this point how they'll hold up when affected by the elements but so far so good.

So far every parts works great.

First, setup was not too bad, if you’re handy, it will be easy to install and program. Utilizing existing co-axial cables and stabilized power supply. One thing I really like about it is it comes with everything, so you can set it up directly without make additional trips to store for some cables/cords. * Images: The images displayed on the system are very clear and more remarkably. In a lower light environment they will switches to black and white. So the cameras apparently have very good light sensitivity. * View: These cameras have phenominal quality and the field of view is so much greater than my older cameras. I've only had this system for a couple of weeks, and don't even have all of the camera's connected yet (though I did test them). In a year, once I can speak to longevity, I will return to give an update to the product. So far, however, I'm very pleased.

I bought 8ch 1080P Video Security SYstem for my house.

I bought the 8ch 1080P Video Security System for my house. The system was so easy to install, so I don't need to call the expert and come to install it. Save lots of money :) The cables are long enough which can reach outside and inside of the building. The cameras provided 720P HD videos and the image is so clear so I can see the details. 1TB HDD with H.264+ is also great which reduce video size and save my videos longer. Using my iPhone and iPad to view the live and playback the video makes my life easy. The reasonable price and good quality system. I really satisfied the product.

Great camera system

Having problem missing a few items from the yard, needed extra security and peace of mind around the house. The camera’s are easily adjustable. I had no problem setting it up. Easy hook up and to get up and running. I like that you can record everything that goes on at your house when your not home. It does the job for what I need it for. It comes with an app to view the video feed from anywhere. Excellent images for both day and night. Product as described. It does the job for what I need it for, couldn’t ask for more.

Good system for the price,

Only had it up and running for a day but very happy with it. Very clear, night vision is much better then our old system that cost more than this one. The camera's are plastic, but they won't rust. Make sure you know right where you want them incase you need more wire. Our head of security approves also.
