We couldn't get by without this spray in our household
I use this Downy Wrinkle Releaser Plus spray on an almost daily basis whether I'm headed to work or need to spruce up my clothes before going out on the weekend. In my opinion, it's the best anti-wrinkle spray on the market, particularly when compared to another brand I've used from time to time. Unfortunately, this brand isn't stocked at the grocery store we most frequently shop at, so instead of making a special trip somewhere else, I'll be ordering it on Amazon when I need it. My wife uses this spray also and loves it. Downy's Wrinkle Releaser Plus is a simple blend made of fiber relaxers, water, quality control agents, and perfume. There's a thickness to the liquid that gets wrinkles out with just a few swipes of my hand, and it doesn't take a lot of sprays to do so. The directions on the bottle say to "tug & smooth" clothing after spraying, and that undoubtedly gets a great result. But I often simply spray the liquid onto my clothes and then smooth them out with one hand while holding the article of clothing with my other hand. But certainly laying the shirt or pants on the bed and then smoothing them out, and then gently tugging the shirt or pants, gets the best result, probably comparable to the result you'd get when ironing. The odor-eliminating scent of the spray, which is aroma fresco, smells like a warm spring day and truly freshens clothes before you put them on. Another great benefit of this wrinkle-smoothing spray, which I didn't realize until doing this review, is that it has static-removal properties. All in all, this is an item we can't live without in our household since my wife and I don't have the inclination to iron but still want to look presentable in public. If you're the same way, then this wrinkle-eraser spray is a must-have product.

Easy to use, convenient, effective
I love this stuff!! I use it in my dorm room, since ironing anything in this tiny space is a pain in the ass. It’s easy to use, you just spray the front and back and pull on it for a minute to release all the wrinkles. It smells great, very fresh like febreeze, too. Although if you’re very sensitive to scents/perfumes in your detergent this might also irritate your skin since the scent is kind of strong, but it does calm down when dries. I do have slightly sensitive skin and it’s never bothered me, though. Plus, even if you do have the space to iron, it’s such a time saver in the mornings and great for things like t shirts that don’t usually need to be ironed but are wrinkly. I think you would still need to iron things like dress shirts or pants though. My mom has been using this for years, and it was great when I was a young teenager so that I didn’t have to get out the iron and make my mom worry about me burning the house down. Overall, I think this product is super convenient and a time and energy saver worth having around the house. Plus, it’s cheaper on amazon than in stores!

Great for interview season
This year I have been attending medical school interviews all over the country. I have ONE suit that I do not have the money to continuously dry clean between interviews. I bought these to keep with me when traveling so my suit remains pressed and fresh. I typically spray it and do not hot iron it (as it's time consuming and I have other things to worry about on interview day like answer prep and transportation). Really does what it says, would be great to keep clothes crisp and nice smelling, especially if you have a garment that wrinkles easily and you don't feel like ironing before each wear.

Very good product; works on most garments; great for traveling
I love this stuff. I don't like wrinkles and even though there's something therapeutic about ironing wrinkles away, this fabric releaser does a great job on most items. I'm not throwing out my iron and ironing board because some cotton things need real ironing. But I don't have many of those and this wrinkle releaser is great. I used to travel a lot and always carried a small container of this in my bag. Forget about hanging your clothes in the bathroom with the hot shower running --- the idea is to steam the garment straight. That never worked for me. But this did the trick for the many years of traveling. Now I just use it at home and I dress wrinkle-free.

Wrinkles be gone!
This really worked well on table clothes I purchased with stubborn creases. I sprayed and tossed it in the dryer on high heat for 15 minutes and the wrinkles were gone.

I will never iron again
It took me forever to buy this because I didn’t really believe the hype surrounding it. However, I finally caved and bought it, and let me say this is probably the best purchase I’ve ever made. I hate ironing because it takes so long. With this spray I’ve cut down on the time it takes to get ready. I will say one thing though, you should probably use this 30 minutes or so before you actually need the shirt. I always do it about 5 minutes before and I’m always wearing a damp shirt. But otherwise this product is phenomenal

I absolutely LOVE this product
I absolutely LOVE this product. I first purchased it a few months ago when it was recommended to me by a friend at work. She has two girls under 6 and would often tell me how the wrinkle releaser was a life saver, especially in the mad rush to get her children off to school in the morning. If she pulled out a wrinkled outfit, there was no need to put it back and find another or drag out the ironing board, a few squirts of the wrinkle releaser and everyone was ready to start their day - wrinkle free. As someone who also often experiences a mad rush in the morning and hates to iron in general, I was eager to try it. I first used the product when hanging and folding laundry. Unfortunately, the laundry in my house tends to sit in the basket for a quite a while after coming out of the dryer, leaving many of my husband's nice collared shirts, and my work blouses, littered with wrinkles. In the past, I'd have to pull out my ironing board and say a prayer I didn't burn holes in any of our more delicate shirts. With the wrinkle releaser I lay out the shirt or hang it up, spray both sides, and smooth. In a few short minutes the shirt is dry and my wrinkles gone. No more lugging around the ironing board, worrying about ruining a shirt with an overzealous iron, or making myself late trying to rid my work blouse of a few wrinkles before heading out the door. It's been great for me on all material types including thick jeans, polyester, and silk. It also reduces static cling and the fragrance is very nice too - a fresh scent without being overpowering. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!

Sooo convenient
I leave this in my bedroom for so that it is easily accessible. Whenever I pull a shirt or pants from my closet that have some wrinkles, I lay it on my bed and spray the material wherever the wrinkles are followed by a sweeping of the material to smooth it out and reduce/remove the wrinkles. Turn and complete on the other-side. I then hang it up to dry for a few minutes and can finish dressing- wrinkle free. I will say that if you have imbedded wrinkles or a very thick/rough type fabric, it may not work and you'll need to iron. I find this as such a convenient item to have as most my shirts are on the thinner side and this works perfectly. I also think it "freshens" the fabric that may have lost the scent from being laundered.

Great for college students!
It doesn't replace the iron, but it gets rid of the most obvious wrinkles quickly. It for sure makes garments usable again.

Better than ironing
So i have 5 kids and a hubby. We are both nursing so our scrubs get wrinkled easy. Laos the kids cloths are al lot. Like t-shirt, shorts, jeans etc. And as you know they wrinkle. This stuff knocks out the wrinkles like a charm. I no longer have to spend time ironing . If you want like the iron look than there nothing that can do that but an iron but if you just want to look like you roll in bed or come staight from dryer this stuff is gold. I keep 2 extra on hand. And one bottle last a long time like over a month and I wash at least twice week with at least 5 -10 garments to spray. Doesnt take much. A spray, a tug, smooth and let dry or put it right on.. smells lime fresh washed clothes ...
