YUM YUM- Macaroni Carbonara Style

I haven't found an Evol product yet that I don't like, great quality. This was smaller than I'd pictured, but so good and rich it's satisfying, luxurious, worth it. I love Stouffer's mac and cheese, the gold standard for me, and though this is totally different, it's just as rich and good. I have a soft spot for pasta carbonara (pasta, usually fettucine, with cream, cheese and bacon), and this rivals restaurant quality. I cooked it a couple minutes longer than called for, which I typically do with microwave pasta products (intensifies the flavors even more, and rice pasta can stand up to it). I happen to much prefer rice pasta to wheat (firmer, more al dente), so I was delighted to find this for my gluten-free diet! HIGHLY recommended.

Evol Uncured Bacon Mac and Cheese - Yummy¡

I love this gluten free Mac and Cheese. It has a great texture, flavor, and easy. 3:30 in the microwave and lunch is done. I eat all gluten free, not by choose and I have trashed a lot of gf food that was not edible, but Evol makes some of the best gf food I have tried. You can't tell it is not wheat flour. Kids love Evol, too. Heat and enjoy!

Delicious

I absolutly love this Evil Chipotle Chicken Mac N Cheese, It has great flavor and it's just enough for one portion so I don't over eat and I love that it's real food and not filled with all kinds of fillers. The chicken is good not that spongey rib chicken that you get in most foods.

A great, quick Mac & Cheese meal

For frozen Mac & Cheese, this is really good. The truffle oil adds to the taste without being overbearing. It's perfect for a quick meal and if you microwave it for 15 to 30 seconds longer than the instructions, you get crunchy areas of cheese. Yum!

LEGIT TRUFFLE MAC

This was freaking delicious! I know most people go with the microwave option but trust me if you want the best results, sit your butt down and wait the 30-40 mins it take to make in the oven. Don’t microwave such a tasty meal. Microwave is for leftovers! Which of this, there will definitely be none.

OMG these are delicious! While the individual serving size is, technically, enough for me to eat for dinner; they are soooooo good, you will want to make two of them for yourself. I have a somewhat schizophrenic argument with myself whenever I finish one... "I could totally eat another one of these" "Don't do it, you'll get fat" "Nah, I'll just exercise extra tomorrow" "You know you ain't doing that, don't eat it" "OK then I'll eat nothing but salad tomorrow" "You won't do that either, get away from the freezer!" "But it's soooo good, I NEEEEEED this" ;)
