Best bread ever. Smells and taste awesome. Love this bread, and it stays good for a long time.

Great taste and price right now at $2.71

Yes it is a small loaf that comes frozen. Yes it is absolutely filling, a heavy weighted bread with extra fiber and protein. Yes it is my new favorite bread for 4 weeks now. Yes it is great toasted and very satisfying and delicious. It is on sale at Wholefoods now for $3.99 a loaf while it is $2.71 on Prime Fresh. It may be fresher at Wholefoods because you get to pick and ensure it is fresh and frozen properly but Prime Fresh is guaranteed freshness as well. If you're incline to try it, I would not hesitate- it healthy, delicious, filling and ON SALE NOW! Update- I am having the UDIS gluten free millet-chia toast for breakfast now and the crunchy crust and doughy texture is so good that it inspired me to place a photo here on my Amazon. So fulling with those little toasted Chias.

Gluten Free, good taste!

I like this bread. It's good on a sandwich. Not too sweet good mouth feel. Glad I tried it...it also freezes well.

Taste Great - Leave Frozen....

Taste great!!! Leave it frozen. When you want a slice take it out and put it in toaster for 2 minutes to thaw. Do not let it thaw on it's own as crust will get soggy. This is my go to bread from now on...

Love these, came fast and exactly as described!

Love this bread!!!

Finding a high-protein high-fiber gluten free bread is quite an undertaking! But when I finally found UDI's ancient grain bread, my search was over! Where most gluten-free breads contain 2 g of protein and 1 g of fiber, this particular bread has 6 g of protein and 5 g of fiber for two slices. It is not as soft and mushy as most wheat bread's we're used to; it has a lot more texture! And since I needed to convert to gluten-free, after a while I find this preferable! Consequently, there iare currently 4 1/2 loaves of UDI's ancient grain in my freezer now! The only problem I have with it, is the price! Gluten-free bread seems to be almost double the price of wheat bread!
