Spool Thread Stand
This spool thread stand was very easy to assemble. It is plastic which makes it lightweight and portable. Although it is plastic, it is strong and durable. I think the price is fantastic compared to other thread stands available for specific sewing machines. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works well
Works well. It is light weight but sturdy enough for the job. I like to have thread in order for embroidery designs. Since this sets behind the machine and does not fasten to the machine, it works well with all my machines.

Game changer
This will be such a game changer for me! I stitch designs with multiple color changes, so this will save me time. Can’t wait to use it! Came with instructions. Assembly is easy.

Great Multi-Spool Thread Stand with Accessories and Instructions
This is a sturdy product and works exactly as described. Despite many previous reviews to the contrary, mine arrived with explicit instructions on how to put the product together, along with a description about what each part is designed to do. The photos showing each part (with part numbers and part names) were small, black and white, and certainly not "high definition", but they got the job done. I took my time, and everything went together perfectly. At the end of the instructions were descriptions on the purpose and use for each accessory. Each part and set of accessories was separated into plastic bags, and although the base had a small amount of loose sand in the bag, it was immaterial. The base itself is not leaking sand (which provides the weight to keep the stand from tipping over). The mast across the top will allow the threads to lay within each notch, and it would be better if the notches were not so wide, because the threads do tend to fall out. Among the dozens and dozens of accessories provided are six additional thread guides (2 of one kind; 4 of another), which help provide better tension and corral the thread better than the mast. I just completed a 15 thread embroidery, and was happy to have this thread stand to help organize all the colors. I will say that the footprint of the stand is quite large (16" wide x 6" deep; overall height of ~19") and I was not able to place it directly behind my embroidery machine due to my table only being 14" deep (embroidery machine takes up 12"). I was able to put the thread stand to the right of the machine and it worked fine. If you have a deeper sewing table, you'll have a much better layout to place the stand behind your machine where it will be more functional. It will also come apart if you'd like to put it away. There is only one part attached with a screw (the extendable mast pole screws into the bottom thread stand. But the rest will come apart easily, and the 14" pole can be telescoped down to about 5". I plan to keep mine together, and just place it on a top shelf when I'm not using it. All together, this is a great multi-spool thread stand!

**Instructions are included now**
Instructions are included!! This arrived today and I sat it up within 10 minutes without using the instructions at all. The base is really well made and I have no doubt it is sturdy and will hold up. I'll update after using it for a few days. So far I'm a fan!

I really like this stand for my PE770
I really like this stand for my PE770. It is big so you need some width to your sewing space. I have used it a couple of times with cone style threads (so I can't speak for sulky threads) and didn't experience any problems. It was nice to be able to keep all the spools I needed for a project ready to go or even just my most commonly used threads. There are okay instructions for putting it together. If I end up using a sulky type thread, I'll have to pay careful attention to the instructions because you just don't put it on the spindle and go.

This wonderful thing has changed my emboridery life
This wonderful thing has changed my emboridery life! As soon as I started using it, I have gone from having my thread break regularly to rarely! I am so excited that I am now able to step away from my machine when it's running. I was not able to do that before. I don't understand why this makes a difference but there is no doubt that it does. Thanks for a great product!

Happy I purchased this
I'm still learning to use this. It's very well made and for sure won't be tipping over. There are a few parts I'm not sure what to use for, but plan to watch more You Tube videos and do a little more research. I have had a chance to use this for one embroidery sew out with my new PE800. I love the fact that I can have all my threads in order of sew out, unthread one color, and thread up the next color on the list. I put it off to the right of my machine (right back side) and didn't take the lid off my embroidery machine. I even tried out the lubrication holder and ran some of the thread through that, and it worked great. I'm very happy I purchased this item.

Seriously if you are looking at getting a thread stand this would be a good idea.
Arrived today, took me maybe 10 minutes to assemble. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about with the lack of instructions since a quick look at the picture will do but it appears they have updated them. Personally I didn't use the instructions, I just put it together. Extra parts?? Not really. I have 6 small pieces that I have a question only for how to use them. Print could be a bit larger but otherwise I am very excited to get busy using it! Seriously if you are looking at getting a thread stand this would be a good idea.

As described and functional.
Received today - wanted something to use to organize thread for a multi color project on single needle. Assembly instructions were basic. No issues putting together. Wish it came with some direction on using, but I think I can figure it out. I do not like the thread cutter spring. I will buy some mini clips to hold threads at the top when not in use. Otherwise seems great - lots of extra parts of you are a newb embroiderist and only have small crosswound spools.
