Well I'm surprised,I'm a truck driver and definitely works great and you can't even beat the price absolutely nothing to regret! Is not heavy, fits perfect on your head and it doesn't even hurt your ear, perfect hearing and noise cancellation is great, no doubt i spend my money on something that works great! I bought 2 no regrets!!!!!!!!!

I am a commercial, OTR truck driver. This works better than my wireless earbud set that I use for working out that has a mic. It works with using the voice command on my iPhone, but it does not play any sort of music. It’s strictly for calling. I average the use of this to less than a half hour a day and charging every night, so I’ve not had the opportunity to test out battery life to its expectancy. It’s comfortable enough to wear for the duration of my conversations, and I wear it around my neck the rest of the time. This weighs fairly lightweight enough for me that sometimes I forget it’s around my neck. Speaker and mic quality is fair since I’ve not been asked to repeat myself since using it. It’s not blue parrot, but it’s good for what I use it for.

Excellent headset. Probably the best headset I've purchased for my office or headset period. It's very comfortable! and that is important for me as i work long office and phone confernce hours so this was perfect, the reception is super clear, and the range is wonderful it goes prettyyyyyy far no static or loss of connection. I even use this for out of office days in starbucks working on my laptop. Worth every penny! Should be priced higher.

I've searched high and low for the perfect bluetooth to use while driving. Most of them suck. They're small and the microphone doesn't get close enough to your mouth and the other person complains because all they hear is road noise. Others don't get loud enough in the ear, or fit awkwardly, I have small ear canals so "in ear" type headphones or ear pieces don't actually fit in my ear. I even tried a wired headset that didn't get loud enough to hear over the road noise. This is the perfect headset. It gets plenty loud. It fits nicely over my ear. The other person doesn't complain at all about call clarity. I'm glad I tried it.

I've had no problems at all with this headset. I've used it for online meetings lasting several hours... mind you, I'm not a big talker so I can't say for certain that it would stay charged through a long oration. Overall, for my needs (and I work remotely so I do use this with Skype and Webex quite often). It stays charged, I can hear very clearly and people seem to have no problem hearing me. I've gone across the building while in online meetings and the sound is still crystal clear. And, I'm a big guy - 6'4" and 275 lbs - I like to think my head is proportional, and this fits me comfortably. And it appears it adjusts to quite a smaller size. You can't go wrong from where I'm sitting.

I use this headset for work Conference calls when I'm at home. I tested it out and the other person could hear me very clearly, didn't know I was using a headset, and couldn't hear my mom coughing by me. The physical build feels sturdy and well put together. The mute button is weird but using the phone mute button isn't as annoying as i imagined. The charging indicator light is very straightforward despite other reviews I read. If the light is on (it will be red), then it is charging. If the light is off (looks black/dark), then it has finished charging. Takes about 2 hours to charge. The earpiece can become uncomfortable to my ear after about 30 minutes but it's easy to adjust and probably just my ear shape. Great headset for the price.

Update: I have been using this 5x/week for 6 months. Sound continues to be clear, holds a charge for over 8 hrs of talk time. This purchase has been a great value. Finally, a bluetooth car solution that's easy to use, provides clear sound on both ends, no dropped calls, and no road noise! This is the 7th bluetooth car "thing" that I've tried (six purchased on Amazon and one from my phone provider). Two of those clipped to a visor, one was supposed to clip to the dash, one required a free FM station, one perched on an ear, and one used a very unreliable window suction cup. After many unsatisfactory efforts with those, they each wound up in the trash. I'm so glad I continued to look for something that would enable hands-free phone conversation in my bluetooth-less car. This headset is comfortable, adjustable, and stays put, and the sound quality is great. It also seems to hold a charge for many hours. I have not tried voice dialing, so cannot comment on how that performs. I've mainly used it to answer calls and to dial a call before I start driving so that I can converse while I drive. I like this so much that I've taken to using it in the house when I'd like to have both hands free, but don't want my phone on speaker mode. Thanks to the previous reviewers who recommended this!

Full disclosure - or - why 5 stars for a mediocre headset? Because: I have spent years trying to remain thrifty in disposition and clear in call quality. My friends would give me 2 stars if being able to hear my voice over the telephone was a product on Amazon. Until I got this cheap-o headset from some unheard of company called MPOW that evidently is blowing up on Amazon. Now people say "hey Jimmy (not my real name)! I can actually hear what you are trying to tell me. Did you get a new phone?" Usually I dig through the reviews and cross reference everything with fakespot for Bluetooth headsets with one question: how is the mic quality? Hopefully this review will save you some previous time that you can use to watch cat videos or whatever. The mic is awesome. It's not constructed particularly with some amazing degree of quality or some magic noise cancelling algorithm (although it is decent in that department). The secret is it puts a microphone right in front of your mouth so people can hear you. *They can still hear wind if I'm out for a walk but what do you expect for $20???? So yeh 5 stars for value, clarity and this company that sells it on Amazon (Patozon) I've had good experiences with them in the past so I have a warm fuzzy feeling about them (good return policy, make you feel like they actually care about your experience with their product). I think I'm becoming a loyal Patozon customer. The price is right. The people can hear me loud and clear. It does not natively support media over Bluetooth with my phone (Android) which is a drag because you have to switch headphones to listen to music or book on tape while waiting for a call then switch to this headset to take the call. It does automatically do phone calls over Bluetooth though.

This is my 3rd Mpow headset. Im in phone sales and need a great Bluetooth/handfree headset daily. Here's what ive learned by every single headset ive bought esp w/ this one. This mpow headset is a definite buy!! It’s inexpensive but has out performed ones at 5-10x the cost. My only nevative comments are on my 1st one purchased in 2017 it stopped working at 6 months. However i cant blame the maker as it says in their website to not over charge and i assumrd like others to chg nightly as im Always on the phone. so apparently i burned my battery by charging nightly. #2. The 2nd one did not work after one wk of receiving it. That one must of been defective. Other than the inconvenience of not having a headset i returned it and was refynded no questions asked. The 3rd one has worked great. I love this brand and the quality the only reason I would pl not give a full 5 stars is because my 2nd headset broke by merely falling off my head when i bent over & it was made w/ cheaoer materials than this one/ newer model. The other reason whivh i do hope they improve is the headset does not inform you of a caller coming in (no identification of who is calling not by programmable names or numbers) This is the larger factor vs the higher end models. I do hope the mpow manyfacturer read reviews to improve the geadsets functionality features. When im away from my ohone yet speaking on it and call waiting comes in i have to rush to my phone to see whom is calling in. That is the frustrating part about the mpow headset. However if u are seekimg an inexpensive handsfree headset that freely allows you to be on your phone will doimb chores or work this is a frear geadset to buy. You cant beat the cost and basic functions. I just want them to update the features. The software is basic. But the sound quality on both ends of the phone usage is very good. Also only charge it every few days and for no more than 6 hrs. When it needs to be charged it will begin beeping (if its in use u can clearly here the beeps) . When charging the headset light will be red. When its fully charged there will be a clear light of no light at all. But even with me using it 6-10 hrs daily i still have learned not too charge it but evety cpl days. Hope this helps! . .

I ordered this so that I could take calls for work while still being able to get other things done at the same time. The sound quality is phenomenal. I have heard from people I talk to that I am clearer with this than on my cell phone. It also cuts out the background noise so the receiver hears me crystal clear. As far as the person on the other line, the sound is nothing special, not the same crystal clear magic experienced by the other person, but I have no difficulty hearing them, and it is not any worse than using the phone. This was very easy to pair with my phone. I have been able to leave my phone in the middle area of my house and walk anywhere on the first floor with no disruption in the sound quality, including inside a closet. I have not tried going to other floors with this. The battery life is wonderful. I haven't timed how long one charge lasts, but I would say it is easily 12 hours if not more. The longest call I have taken with this was 4 hours long. Around hour 3 it did begin to feel a bit uncomfortable. It had been very comfortable up until that point. A little minor adjusting and all was well again. The microphone swivels so that the earpiece can be used on the right or left side. There is a tone that plays when the phone is ringing so you can tell from the device that a call is coming in.
