I am really digging this stand. Sure it doesn't have the features of stands that cost twice a much. It might not be built on some fancy cart that can move while everything is set up, but that isn't what I needed. I needed a simple, stand to hold my saw. No more and no less. This does that job nicely. It claims that there it comes fully assembled. That isn't completely true. I had to attach the work holder arms and the wheels. It only took a couple of minutes to do. It comes with all the mounting hardware to secure your saw. That only took me about 5 minutes more. All in all, I was able to get up and running quickly. Now it lives in the corner of my garage waiting for its next job.

This miter saw stand is a perfect height being at waist height for myself @5'7", and with the saw on it its about mid section high. My 10" miter skilsaw mounted easily and did not have to use any offset brackets (which were included). Once the saw is mounted to the two brackets that hold it to the stand, the saw can then easily come off by squeezing a lever on the underside of each bracket, tilt forward, and then pull off the stand carefully. Probably better for some to do this with the sand folded up and on the ground as the weight may be awkward for some. The two brackets that the saw mounts to that is used to attach to the stand also have rubber bumpers mounted on the bottom of them so you could put the saw on the floor without removing the saw from each bracket, and have to worry about scratching them up. The stand is light and can easily be moved around or stored in an area out of the way. I can take off the saw, fold up the stand and hang stand from my garage wall if I wanted to (no brackets on the miter stand to hang from, I will make something from wood to hang stand from so its out of the way) or even keep the saw attached to the stand if I wanted to as it's stored. The supports on each side are adjustable outward and also the height can be adjusted. Each support has metal rollers which is nice. I tried them with some wood I have and it makes a difference when using heavier pieces of wood. This is perfect for the average home owner doing projects around the house, or even a handyman that has to work at remote locations. I can take this up to my campground to do work on my camper and not have to worry about finding a level surface to put the saw on that is comfortable for me to use or have to worry about getting two saw horses and then a sheet of plywood to put the saw on. And I can cut longer pieces of wood, before with long pieces of wood the saw would tilt and make it hard to cut because it was never mounted. Now, I just put a piece of wood on the saw, measure it, and cut...Easy easy. It took me less than 15 minutes to put together and use. Took me longer to get out of the box and unwrap each piece as it was wrapped up very well and protected.

Great to work on. Easy to sit up and take down

worked very well, it is much more sturdy than I even expected....very happy

This is a great miter saw stand for the price. It works great for small projects around the house, as well as from a carpenter stand point. However, I feel as though there are better options when looking for miter saw stands if you're looking for some heavy duty, continual use. My reasoning behind this is it's user-friendliness. The buttons in order to open the legs are located under the wheels making it difficult to assemble. Another thing that can make it difficult for more frequent use is the fact that unlike others, this saw stand does not stand up on its own when disassembled. However, getting past the functionality, the support poles that hold your wood while cutting have wheels on them. It's a feature I wish I could see more of in other saw stands instead of having to scoot the wood along the supports myself. Also the attachment that holds your saw in place are spring loaded rather than having clamps that are difficult to unlatch at times making it much easier to use over other brands that I own. All and all, you get what you pay for, but this little stand does have some features, I wish I could see in other saw stands too. Pros: - Levers that hold saw in place are spring loaded rather than clamps that are difficult to unlatch. - It's priced very well for the quality. - Extended poles that hold the wood up while your cutting have roller wheels to make it easier to move the wood along as you cut. Cons: - Not user friendly for assembly or storage. (noted above) - The stand is not as wide front to back making it suitable for mostly smaller saws. - Not the most ideal stand for carpenters but better for smaller jobs on occasion. Both Pro & Con: - The legs on the saw stand are pretty close together. For bigger saws this makes the stand not as stable, however, it does take up less work space this way.
