Its About Time!!

I have been through soooo many pillows over the last few years. I have bought top brand pillows to some inexpensive ones and could never find the right one. Neck ache after neck ache, spine pain - you name it! I decided to search Amazon one last time to see if anything new came out as i needed relief badly and to my surprise I came across this pillow and could not believe how many reviews were posted. I was hesitant as i have purchased pillows from here with good reviews and it turned out terrible. But to see more than a couple thousand good reviews i figure it has to be comfy. So I purchased one. Well... just wow!!! I was shocked not only how comfy it is but how well i have slept and no neck or upper spine pain. In fact, I now have a hard time waking up because i have been in deep sleep. I literally look forward to going to sleep now. As i am writing this review it sounds too good to be true, right? Well, i still have a hard time believeing It. Fingers crossed that this pillow will last. It is soft to the feel but supports my head just perfect. It doesnt sleep hot and helps with my hot flashes. I love this pillow. I will be updating in a few months just to provide feedback after sleeping on the material longer; buying a second pillow is on my radar. I hope this review helps. Just a side note: i am a complicated person with medical issues. For me to write a review so fast on this pilllow means my sleep have been incredible.

Favorite Pillow

I've had this pillow for a few months now, and I think it's great. I was a bit skeptical about this pillow, since most other memory foam pillows are just large flops for me. But this one really grew on me, and I can't sleep on traditional pillows anymore. When I first got the pillow, I was amazed at how it expanded from a rolled form, to a normal large pillow. The smell is relatively strong when you receive the product, which is why I let it air out for about 5 days. I would turn the pillow once a day to let the sides evenly air out. The smell even after 5 days was pretty noticeable, but keep in mind, I never threw it into a dryer or anything. The smell definitely goes away with time, so don't mind it too much. When I did start sleeping on this pillow, it did feel pretty resistant. If I had to compare it to some form of cushion, it is extremely similar to seats in a car. Which is why I had my initial regrets on this product. But don't let that scare you, since you do have to break in this pillow for about 1-3 weeks time. The cushion of this pillow after the breaking in period is just AMAZING. I'll try to explain how the cushioning of this pillow feels in comparison to normal pillows you get at general stores. When you get a normal pillow, it starts off as extremely fluffy for 1-2 weeks. But after that period of extremely fluffiness, you get a period of a "JUST RIGHT" sort of cushion and resistance. Then after that "JUST RIGHT" feeling that lasts for about 3-4 weeks, it is just flat from there on out. With this memory foam pillow, it is now always at a "JUST RIGHT" feeling for me. And it has been that way for months now, never feeling like it's going flat. So after you get past the initial smell and uncomfortable resistance, the pillow should feel pretty great. I'm a side sleeper, however I could easily relax on this pillow when on my back. I've actually found myself getting pretty sleepy with this pillow, just by resting on it to surf on my phone. I haven't experienced any problems of feeling too hot or cold when on this pillow, if anyone was wondering. I feel like it is easy to mold the pillow to how you want, if it somehow gets displaced. What I usually do from time to time is grab the pillow from both ends (left/right), and begin push + pulling. This usually gets the foam centered in the middle, and it naturally molds to where I rest my head. The cover that holds all the foam is actually extremely comfortable. It is very easy for me to use this pillow with or without an additional cover, and I might actually prefer it without an additional pillow cover. But I believe it is preference, I think the pillow would get dirty if you choose to sleep without an additional cover. I think if you're curious about getting a memory foam pillow, definitely try this one. I don't think it should go flat on you in any time. If you're wondering what size you should get, I would recommend going for the Queen size, since that is the one I'm speaking on behalf of. I've actually bought this pillow for 2 relatives, since I thought this pillow was pretty game changing to sleeping. But I did warn them that they did have to break the pillow in! TL;DR - Smell may be strong for others, but does go away with time - Initially has a relatively uncomfortable resistance at the start, takes 1-3 weeks to break in + Has a very pleasant cushioning after breaking in + Does not feel like it goes flat, even after a few months + Feels neutral in terms of temperature, doesn't make you feel hot or cold + Easy to mold + Cover is comfortable + Go for the Queen size

Great pillow, fits snug in pillowcase

Great pillow! I had a buckwheat pillow before to help with neck issues I’ve had my whole life. I decided to switch to this pillow because I needed a change from that after pillow after several years. It helped my neck get on the way to feeling better again! Just a note about the size: It fits snugly in a standard pillowcase, if you like a little fabric to hang off the side you should use a slightly larger pillowcase.

Bamboo Pillow

I Love Love this pillow so far. I've only used it the past 4 nights so far, but, I Love it. Last week, I was having an extremely difficult time in bed. I would wake up in agonizing pain. I would wake up in the morning, about 3 hours before I had to get up, my lower body, from my hips down to my feet were often numb and the other days they weren't numb, they were in extreme pain as was my lower back. I usually sleep on my back or left side but, last week, I couldn't get comfortable in any position. I thought it was soley the mattresses fault even though the mattress was only a few years old. I was initially looking into memory foam mattress pillow tops as I thought that's what I needed. I decided to first look into a memory foam pillow to see if that made any difference. Since this pillow had so many good reviews I decided to try it. When it arrived, it was actually rolled up. I unrolled it and placed it on my bed. It was Completely Flat. I had never had one of these types of pillows before so, I was feeling dissapointed initially. I didn't realize that these pillows fluff up by themselves after a couple of hours but, that night, after I came back home, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this pillow fluffed itself up. I was excited to say the least. When I initially laid my head down on the pillow, i was surprised. It was firm, yet soft and very comfortable. That first night, I actually had a very good night's sleep and slept for about 7 hours (which is very good for me) and when I woke up that morning, I wasn't in any pain. I was very happy. And the last few nights sleeping on it, I also woke up in no pain. I don't know what it is. I cannot fully say that this pillow took all the pain away, but, that's the only explanation that I can see right now. Either way, I really like it. It's a bit pricey for me, but, honestly, it's worth every penny.

Most comfortable pillow ever!

This is a wonderful pillow. I have some neck issues, and it has significantly improved my sleep and reduced discomfort. I am petite, and I am so grateful that the thickness is adjustable. I removed a gallon bag of stuffing (and stuffed the bag as full as it could get) and the pillow is perfect. The pillow offers excellent support, and so far at least, it doesn't get flat. I highly recommend it. It has only a slight odor when it arrives, but a few minutes tumbling in the dryer fluffed it up (it arrives flat) and reduced the odor to almost nothing.

Most comfortable pillow I’ve ever owned!

Best pillow I’ve ever owned! I get migraines if my neck is not in the right position when I sleep and have suffered over the years. After reading a review in Wirecutter I decided to take a chance and buy a pillow without being able to touch it. I’m so glad I did. It has allowed me to sleep much better with less interruptions during the night.

Pleasantly Surprised

I am a side sleeper that has problems with neck and muscle pain in my shoulders. I am a die hard feather pillow person. Foam pillows make my neck hurt. They problem with feather pillows are they wear down so quickly. So I decided to try to find an acceptable alternative. I am really enjoying this pillow. It supports my neck but has enough give to be comfortable. It is cool to the touch and hold it's shape very well.

Not regretting purchasing it

I love this pillow, it shapes to my head and doesn't make it sink in. I no longer suffer from neck pain and I sleep well! The memory foam makes it heavy to carry, but it's a god send when it comes to supporting your head.

Very comfy for back and side sleeper

Extremely satisfied with the pillow. I'm a side and back sleeper and have been in search of a pillow that actually supports my neck. Many other pillows just give me a terrible painful crick in my neck. So far, this pillow is very comfortable and being shredded memory foam, I can position it properly and still have it support my head and neck. Only thing I didn't expect was that the standard size was smaller than I thought. It's too small for my full size bed. I'll be buying another one but queen size this time. I'll keep the standard size one on the side of the bed I don't sleep on. I was also extremely surprised that the company emailed me (without me needing to ask) instructions on first use and care of the pillow. I was very happy about this. Overall great purchase.

Best pillow I've had in forever

Best pillow I've had in forever. So, so soft and comfortable, and easily moldable for your situation. I'm a side and back sleeper with neck problems, and this pillow really takes care of it!
