Great aggressive sounding muffler
Installed on a 2017 Ram 1500 4x4 Lonestar edition. Great sounding exhaust. I was worried about buying this because I didn’t want it to become an overbearing and annoying noise inside the truck. Can hear it in the cab when getting on the throttle but when just cruising it is a very low rumble so I am very happy with this muffler. Bolted in very easily. I know some have said the clamps are junk. I’m using the clamps that came in the box and have had no issues at all with them. Been installed for 4 months now.

Perfect Balance
I’ve had this muffler on my 2015 Ram for a week now. It sounds much better than the stock, although it’s not as loud as I was expecting. (Due to YouTube reviews saying it will wake the neighbors). I live in a duplex and can easily leave for work without issues. At cold start for about 15 seconds it sounds mean and aggressive but then dies right down. It sounds like a roaring lion when you want it to; when at an idle it’s pretty calm, sometimes it can give a small crackle around 45mph which is nice. I don’t regret the purchase; it’s a perfect balance from calm and aggressive. I have stock duals, and left the resonators on. The clamps provided have given me no issues, make sure you install them correctly and to spec. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a balance.

Highly recommend!
I installed the outlaw muffler on my 2015 Ram quad cab. It took about an hour to complete it by myself and I sprayed all of the bolts and muffler connection points with penetrating oil beforehand. All and all it wasn't too difficult and I was able to get everything lined up appropriately. I used gasket maker on the connections and haven't noticed any leaks. There is some drone but it doesn't really bother me and seems minor. The rumble sounds great, I love it!

Sounds amazing. Seriously This thing sounds like an angry beast ...
2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Bighorn. Not sure why this said it doesn't fit my vehicle but it installed perfectly! Pros: Sounds amazing. Seriously This thing sounds like an angry beast now, very happy. Cons: There is definitely cab noise (drone) now that I've put it in. Its around 17-1800 on the highway. That's ok as I expected that. Remember, This is a race muffler that is intended to sound awesome not a factory one that has to balance comfort and performance. This was a very quiet vehicle inside prior to the install. If it annoys me to much I'll put it back. Scratch that, it sounds too good to take it off.

It did not disappoint. The sound is exactly what I wanted
I did a lot of checking before I decided on this muffler for my 2015 Ram 1500. It did not disappoint. The sound is exactly what I wanted, the perfect balance of aggressiveness without the annoying drone at highway speed.

Instant panty dropper
This exhaust is an instant panty dropper. The videos that I have seen do not do the aggressiveness and loudness of this exhaust justice. I havent noticed any drone so far, and have definitely noticed a performance improvement. Install took under an hour and gave me no issues. Ive only had it installed for a couple days, but have not had any leaking issues that a lot of other people said they had with the clamps. I used exhaust sealer though to ensure there were no leaks.

Aggressive growl
Received this yesterday, and installed immediately. Clamps were good and locked the muffler in securely with absolutely no leaks. As far as it's performance is concerned, aggressive tone, from within the cab, and just a wild animal from the outside. Slight but noticeable horsepower gain. I don't know about the 2mpg gain everyone else claims, but I will be on a road trip soon enough to see if it is so. No drone. Weird lingering smell of breaking in the muffler so I'm waiting for that to burn off. It is getting louder as it breaks in, just the way I like it. I've always preferred the Outlaw series in any of my V8s.

Great sound and the supplied exhaust clamps work just fine if you install them correctly
Great product, I couldn't be happier. The sound is deep and throaty, very aggressive. I'm sure my gas mileage is going down because I'm constantly laying on the loud pedal just to hear that beautiful noise the hemi/flowmaster makes. Installed it in my driveway in an hour and the supplies exhaust clamps work just fine IF you install them correctly. I've seen a lot of reviews that say they dont work, not true. Their is a notch in the flowmaster muffler that lines up with a nipple on the factory piping. If you dont have the nipple in the notch it will not seal correctly and you will have exhaust leaks.

This Muffler Is LOUD On My 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn!
Nothing sounds better than a Hemi with a Flowmaster exhaust! The sound is AWESOME and is much louder than the oem muffler that came with my Bighorn Ram, but not loud enough to get pulled over by the boys in blue. It’s a bit pricey and you could easily buy a Flowmaster Super 44 and have a muffler shop install it for much cheaper than the $279 price tag... but I don’t regret buying it. Installation is quick and easy only if you decide to cut off the factory muffler like I ended up doing. If you opt not to cut it off then you have to dismantle the entire system from the tailpipes to the factory muffler which will take a few hours if you’re alone and using simple hand tools. A muffler shop could install it quicker only because they have power tools and a lift which makes installation a breeze. If you’re a DIY’er like I am then time won’t be an issue.

2018 Ram 1500 Sport Night Edition
I was heavily debating getting the Carven Competitor exhaust instead of Flowmaster Outlaw. But for $272 shipped to Alaska off Amazon and saving $130+, I decided to go with the Outlaw. First off, the videos on YouTube DO NOT do this exhaust justice! It sounds so much better in person. Very happy with this exhaust. Second, the stock exhaust has cut outs on the inlet and outlet pipes that line up with indexing points and the tailpipes and where the exhaust comes down from the engine. Flowmaster has these same cutouts to ensure a proper fit, Carven does not have these cutouts. Third, it was a very simple install once you figure out how to wiggle the driver side tailpipe out (hint: wiggle it from the back by the bumper) the passenger side tailpipe is very simple to wiggle out (also use a lubricant like WD-40 on the rubber brackets so they move freely). Took me all but an hour to install. No drone, not excessively loud until you step on it, great deep gnarly sound. A lot of people say the clamps that come with it are garbage and create exhaust leaks, I have not had that issue. I did buy a set of Walker and Dynomax Lap Clamps just in case. Can’t go wrong with this exhaust for $272.
