This thing legit rocks! I have two dogs made entirely of fur and a medium haired house panther, and it works phenomenally on them all. Word to the wise, brush them outdoors, because the hair will FLY!

Great for my cat!

This was delivered about half an hour ago and immediately I attacked my part Maine Coon cat, Leo. First, construction is nice. It is a saw blade so be careful it is sharp. The tool is nice and holds nicely in your hand, seems it would stand up to the weekly use this will be getting. This brush doesn't catch much of the hair, per other reviews so I took him out to the deck and went to work. First, he loved it. He usually doesn't mind being brushed but he really enjoyed this. I ordered the 5" size which was perfect for him (he's a 18lb cat). Did notice this was a little big for my older cat who is very bony and skinny. It does catch some of the hair and hold it (like a brush would) and so you do have to pull some of the fur off the brush periodically, but most of it ended up flying around the deck. So, yes, Doing this outside or in a bathroom is very useful. He is very sleek and silky feeling now. Wish I had ordered this sooner. (Attached is the hair I gathered from the deck. There was more surely they flew off and blew away)

One word: Wow!

Product arrived today. I pulled this wooden block out of the box being EXTREMELY skeptical about this product working. I have tried plenty of other brushes and my 3 animals have ZERO tolerance for them. I read the reviews on this and decided I'd try out another tool. I tried SleekEZ out on my first cat since he was already laying down/sleeping. He didn't move. I tried it on the other cat (who doesn't like being groomed) and he stood still while I used this tool on him. Next challenge, my dog. He is a 75 lb GWP/Border Collie Mix. He stood still and allowed me to brush him without me bribing him. I am impressed with how well this tool worked. It didn't pull their hair or irritate them. They barely acknowledged that I was combing them. The amount of hair was shocking. I'm sure it felt good having the dead hair brushed out with ease. Next, I had an idea to see if this tool removes hair from carpet/furniture. Lint rolling, using packing tape, and vacuuming only does so well. SleekEZ removed hair/dander that I couldn't see on the recliners. Wow! What a tool. Definitely worth the money. Highly Recommend. I am so impressed I decided to write a review. One more thing, it's comfortable to hold. Smooth grip. **In addition, A friend of mine was off to buy another tool and I let her borrow my sleekez... She bought one immediately. Both her cat and dog love the tool. My animals love this block... it's bizarre and wonderful!

perfect for short haired dogs

I used this on our two Dalmatians and removed an impressive amount of fur with very little effort. this is the perfect brush for short haired dogs.

THE solution to shedding puppers.

We have a GSD mix, and she sheds all year round, no matter how many times we brush her. She gets full tufts of fur that just come flying out of her, and we have tried all sorts of brushes and combs in the past to try and keep her shedding in check, but to no avail. When I saw ads for this product, I was skeptical. Really skeptical. I also worried that it might hurt our puppies, because it looked harsher than any of the other products that we have tried in the past. I WAS SO WRONG. Listen, whoever invented this thing, I just want you to know how much my husband and I love you. This thing is a GOD-SEND. The first time I ran this along our monster shedder, so much fur flew off of her, I was in shock. All of the fur that I couldn't seem to get out with the other brushes (but could SEE with my eyes) just came out in chunks. There was so much fur everywhere, I had full softball-sized bunches of fur all over the ground. I kept looking at my pup to see if she was in pain, and she just plopped down in front of me with her eyes closing slightly, like I was giving her a massage. I promptly threw away all the other brushes that we've wasted our money on in the past, because this thing is all we need. Buy this now. You won't regret it for a second. Fantastic products

This is awesome and totally worth the money! I got this for my German Shepard to help shed his winter coat and it worked wonders! The pictures I included do not do it justice.

Best Bunny Brush Ever!!!

I never write reviews but I loved this product so much I had to let the world know. This is the best bunny brush ever!!! I have 2 bunnies and they hate to be brushed. I have tried several different brushes and they would hate it!!! First time I tried this brush they stayed and let me brush them. They don't run away when they see me grab the brush, and seem to enjoy getting brushed know. Thank you for this wonderful product!!! I have been bringing it with me to friends houses to use on their pets. It works effectively on all animals and seems to be better than other brushes with similar claims.

Don't let bad reviews fool you

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. This product will not harm your dog if you use it the proper way. My do had hated getting brushed for the four years I've had him. So much that he runs away scared to death of the brush. And I've tried a dozen brushed. This "brush" does not pull on the dog like typical brushes. After the first brush my dog is now loving it and licking me while I brush him. Not to mention this brush had removed more under coat than any other brush I have used.

I really like this comb

I really like this comb. I have 2 Cocker Spaniels that have some Sheltie mixed in. Their hair is THICK. They're also quite hot most of the time because that under layer of hair doesn't groom out too well. The SleekEz comb makes combing and grooming a lot easier. It somehow pulls gobs of hair out from under the top layer. The dogs are a lot happier. I'll have to admit, the iirst time I saw the comb, it looked like a hacksaw blade and I dind;'t think it'd work. Thankfully, I can happily say it works well. My neighbor has a golden retriever and they're the same way. They have 2 layers of hair. We groomed the neighbor's dog with the SleekEz Deshedder/Groomer and the dog loved it. She sat completely still and let us do it. We also got tons of hair off of her as well. I can truly recommend that you buy this product. I might suggest, though, that you take your dog outside before grooming. You WILL get some hair off of the dog/cat. BTW, the neighbor bought one for himself. I have another friend who recommended it to me. So, there's 3 very happy customers.

Mind blown!

This brush is insane! I got this 10 inch brush today to use on my dogs, cat, and horses. So far I've used it on the cat! He hates being brushed but was by far the best he's ever been with the sleekEZ. This was maybe five minutes.
