4.5 year old LOVES IT!

My 4.5 year old loves his Miposaur! He gets so excited when it dances or follows him around. He was easily able to figure out how the remote worked to make the Miposaur do different things. The battery life is good as well. We've had it since Christmas and it hasn't needed replacements for the remote or dinosaur yet.

My grandsons just love this, especially the youngest of the 6 year ...

My grandsons just love this, especially the youngest of the 6 year old triplets This was his birthday present. All three have had so much fun learning how to use it and playing with it. It is very well built and kid friendly. The Miposaur acts like a little puppy trying to please it's new master. I especially like it when it is in dance mode. The tail does detach which at first one of my grandsons thought he broke it but it easily attaches back on. It glides across our hardwood floors with no issues. It does fairly well on rugs too. I do like the ides of it being able to be control by hand gesture and the ball control that comes with it. The children absolutely love this Miposaur and have tons of fun with it. I would recommend this to anyone who has a young child.

All of my kids love it

This toy is awesome! We bought my son a MIP robot last Christmas. It was cute but not that special and, while he like it, grew a little bored. It also had trouble connecting to the app. I bought this only because it was so highly rated. I was skeptical after his experience with the MIP. I am so glad we bought this for him! It is so cute! It acts like a dog and chases the ball, it dances, it battles, and it can follow you around. We ended up buying 3 of these (1 for each kid) because it was such a hit.

My son loves this!

My son loves this! They each bought a robot with their own money, my 8 year old bought the Miposaur and my 7 year old bought the Robosapien X. The Miposaur doesn't have as many sounds or features, but it chases the ball and dances around which my older son loves. The Robosapien has a fairly easy to use controller and dances, talks, karate chops, and does lots of basic things. Perfect for my younger son.

Loads of fun and durable

I gave this to my 3 year old grandson for Christmas 2017 - 3 is too young to do much on his own (other than throw the ball), but his father really enjoyed it, and father/son interactive play is always great. The Miposaur has been living for almost a year in a house with two kids under age 5 and he has so far survived! My grandson still loves to play with it and as he gets older he discovers new things it can do. Miposaur will make the whole family laugh and want to get in on the act of discover what this robotic dino is capable of!

Amazing gift for all ages

My kids received the Miposaur as a Christmas gift this morning, and I must say, I am incredibly impressed and smitten with this little guy. The instructions are straightforward, the battery compartments are easy to get to, and the personality of the miposaur will have you falling in love. The ball that the miposaur comes with has different settings. For instance, the music setting causes Miposaur to beat box and dance. The teddy bear setting has Miposaur "awwing" over the cuteness of the bear. Best of all, Miposaur can track the ball, follow it around, and bat at it with his tail and hands. Hands down one of the best presents my kids have received!

If someone you know loves dinosaurs, this is the perfect gift!

I waited to post review until my 9 year old grandson's reaction, and the toy's ability to perform. WOW, what a fantastic gift! He was elated, and actually didn't open or play with any of his other birthday presents. He knew exactly how to 'work this thing', it seemed so simple to him. All the other children loved it, took turns, and had a blast doing so. MiPosaur played all night, with a few battery changes, and was the hit of the party. Initially, I didn't want to spend the money, but it's really worth it. My grandson's favorite 2 hobbies revolve around his love of dinosaurs and anything that needs batteries; so this was a super choice. His dad sent me a CONGRATULATION text the next day for buying the most favored toy ever. It was also wise to purchase the rechargeable AA and AAA battery pack chargers/batteries. I left that evening understanding the cost I paid was well worth it rather than purchase other inferior items or ones less desirable to this happy recipient.

Great Toy!

I purchased this totally off reviews for my soon to be 6 year old grand son. Just returned from his party and what a hit this toy was. He quickly wanted to open it and it had easy to understand instructions. He loved it, it is just so cute and responds to the commands as in the directions. He will play with this for hours. A great choice and appears well made for kids.

The dogs love chasing Mippy's ball

Bought this for my kids last year for Christmas and "Mippy" still works as well as he did a year ago! We sometimes turn Mippy on in front of our dogs and they are kept entertained for awhile. The dogs love chasing Mippy's ball, but get freaked out when Mippy comes too. Hilarious!

Great Christmas gift

We bought this product during the holidays on one of Amazon's "deal of the day" sales. My kids have had hours of fun playing with their Miposaur, playing fetch and teaching him tricks. It was a little quirky at first to get used to, but isn't all technology. love the product and love the amazon pricing.
