  • ❤Durable & Safe: Our Blower Motor Resistors use imported copper core socket to prevent poor contact and prevent the current too large and burn the blower, have the advantage of impact resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and high hardness.
  • ❤Easy to intall: First, Remove the negative battery terminal; Second,Locate the blower motor resistor on the passenger side under the dash board. It is mounted to the the blower housing near the blower motor; Third, Disconnect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor; Fourth, Remove the screws or bolts to the blower motor resistor and remove the resistor; Fifth,Installation is the reverse of the removal.
  • ❤1 Year Warranty: Every Blower Motor Resistor must take inspected and tested multiple times before the shipment, if you get any problems with our this Blower Motor Resistor, please contact us in the first time, we will response it as soon as possible.

Product arrived and fit perfectly into my vehicle. Hardest part is as others have said. Removing the screws to the foam “sound buffer” underneath the dash. Old part came out easy and new part went in perfectly. Part arrived with how to instructions. So, it was a very easy process. I elected to not clean the blower motor as described. Sure I may regret this later or I may go back on a day that is not 20 degrees out and do it. But, doing so would have been a bear on my 2011 jetta as the motor rests in such a spot where attempting to remove the part o found it works against the floor board. Frankly, I did not want to take the chance of freezing to death before I could get it back in again after cleaning. So, I may be replacing this part again. I now know how. The cost was perfect! VW wanted an arm and a leg for the part and that was not going to happen. So i’d recommend. Of course we shall see how it holds up.

I have a 2012 VW GTI which had a very common bearing corrosion problem on the blower motor which caused the resistor to fail at 66K miles. I ended up buying this HVAC Blower Motor Resistor. It was easy to replace. Part fit fine. The blower motor is the real issue. I did my best to get the bearings spinning freely again, so hopefully this part will last another 66K miles.

I have VW GTI Mk 6. My blower started to work only works level 4. I Called my dealership got the appointment for repair next month :( Baby it's cold outside! I found out that it could be Blower Motor Resistor falt. I replaced it very easily. Works great!

Fit perfect and an easy swap out and for 1/10th of the price compared to auto parts store. Now my fan runs on all speeds. Cant believe I didn't do this sooner

I bought this part a little over a year ago and installed it without a sinch. My a/c stopped working on the 2 and 3 settings it was only blowing the littlest amount of air. So after doing research I learned that this part helps with the regulation of just that. And boy was it easy to fix. I am thankful for this purchase indeed.

Fit my car, super easy to install and the A/C works like a dream. I am so thankful for youtube, great, affordable products and for having amazon and their partners to buy things from that get to me quickly!!

Well, it worked as expected, restored all my blower functions. There is a slight odor the first couple of trips. I recommend turning heat on high and blower on high and letting it offgas with the windows down for like 30 minutes before taking a trip. Burn off whatever godawful oil they put on this thing.

This fixed my Passat 2012 issue where the cabin fan would only work on the 4 setting. Setting 1, 2, 3 started working as soon as I put this in. Thank you this device worked perfectly. Fast shipping and packed well.

This product fixes the issue of only high speed on the blower settings. The reason the original part burns out is because the (blower motor) has too much resistance. Always make sure to clean and lube the bearings of the blower motor or replace the blower before replacing the resistor. If you had any squealing from the blower motor, remove and clean before replacing this part. Failing to do so will result in replacement of this part after 6 months. This worked perfectly and install took 3 minutes.

I experienced a few issues with my blower motor. At first the thermal fuse on the stock resistor burned out causing my fan speed to only work on 4. So I replaced the thermal fuse and that worked for a couple months. Then my blower motor itself began to make noise. So I removed it from the car and cleaned it up and reinstalled. The noise was still there so I tossed it and purchased a used blower motor from a junk yard. This one didn't make any noise but I still had issues with the fan speeds. On setting 1 it would blow as 4. 2, 3, and 4 seemed normal but I could not use setting 1. So I ordered this resistor to see if it would fix the problem. It did!!! Now it works flawlessly. The blower motor was the culprit but now that everything is fresh it is working good!
