Top Notch Cusomter Service

We purchased this item and ran into issues within two months of usage. The seller contacted us and believed we may have gotten a defective product and wanted to send a replacement free of charge. Within a few days we received the new one and so far haven't had any issues. It's holding a charge and last throughout the day. Customer service is by far outstanding.

These babies are AWESOME!!!!!

The price is the best and they work flawless. My wife purchased one aseveral months back and it came in super handy!!! Two charging ports that charge our iPhones and iPads Super Fast!!! We are a family of five and theirs thing kept us in the game on our cross country summer trip from Atlanta to LosAngeles, San Fran, Seattle, Vancouver, Yellowstone and beyond. All our devises were in heavy use museums - tourist attractions and elsewhere. Taking pictures etc. Whenever we were out and about and he battery was low - just plug in and in 15-20 minutes- back above 50%. They also can go a loooong time without recharging. Never ran out of juice. Ordered two more from Amazon $10 bucks when we got home. My wife has tried others - even one from the Apple Store that didn't work nearly as well. Highly recommended - you can't go wrong with Aibocn. Buy with confidence. I was not paid or offered anything to leave this review - just want to let the folks out there know that this works extremely well. **Update 5/27/17** Since reviewing this item previously, I am going to change my review mainly based on the customer service I received. The company contacted me after my review because I was experiencing the plug heating up excessively. They said they were going to send a replacement to me and they did just that! I received it quite quickly and it worked perfectly. They didn't even want the other one returned which was surprising. I used the new one last night on my GS7 and it charged up quickly. I love this product and absolutely love their customer service. I will, without a doubt, purchase from them again and feel I will never be disappointed. Thank you so much for your amazing team. Haven't had to use it since I just received but it looks like a well made product. Came with a 75% charge already and charging it fully took approximately 4 hrs. The adapter I used was a little warm to the touch while charging but I suppose that's to be expected. When I finally get to use it, I will change my rating if all goes well.

Awesome 10,000mAh Power Bank

I bought this for its battery capacity 10,000mAh. I have several small form factor battery pack. They are nice and easy to carry, but only can charge my device once. I need something that can charge my phone more than one time. I’ve used it for a few days, and are pretty happy with it. It is very easy to use. I took some pictures to show some highlights. - Solid form factor, the orange color adds a nice touch to it. - LED indicator tells you how much power it holds. Out of boxes, it has 3 out of 4 light up. - It comes with a flash lights. - 2 USB charging port.(2Amp+1Amp Output). This is fantastic! I get at least two charges from the 'Fast' charging port, and almost double that from the 'Slow' charging port. It takes a few hours to charge the external battery fully but it's absolutely a life saver. It's saved my phone from dying on so many trips that I now just carry it with me on an everyday basis as a backup. It's also lasted over a year now with no obvious defects. It's white so it won't stay pristine but it has held up extremely well in all of the situations I've put it in. It's very light and easy to carry in smaller purses, however I don't think it fits in most pockets. The charger started becoming a little loose a few months back so I replaced it but that was so minimal. It still works just the same as when I bought it, so I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Amazing Performance

Aibocn's Power bank is very cheap and really worth it. It has a flashlight and two usb slots. The one closest to the flashlight has a voltage recommended for phones. The one farthest to the flashlight has a voltage recommended for tablets. Tablets can be used for either one. This product works great. 10,000 mAh is worth $30, but with this product I got it for $10 with a flashlight.

I've owned quite a few different battery packs and I think I can say confidently that this one has been my favorite, especially for the price. I go to a lot of events, conventions, that sort of thing and need a battery pack that will charge a phone more than once and keep me going all day and this works PERFECT for that. I would say I get about 3-5 full charges on one full battery pack. Its light and not too bulky like some of the packs I've had in the past. I don't particularly like the fact that its white, mostly because it gets dirty quickly, but its very functional, gets the job done and is easy to toss in my purse or backpack. I find it better or comparable to ones I've bought in the past and with this price being much lower, I'll definitely stick to this one.

One of the best, at a fantastic value

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and capability of the Aibocn Power Bank. I'll be honest; I didn't expect much for $11USD. Aibocn cut costs intelligently, without sacrificing quality where it counts. Instead of packing in accessories or unnecessary features, the Aibocn power bank is a simple, well-built charger - and nothing else. One thing I was very surprised about is the quality of the power coming from the 2.1A outlet. My iPhone is especially sensitive to "noisy" power when charging, and the touch screen becomes useless if the charger doesn't supply very clean power. The Aibocn charger works perfectly with my phone and when connected to my friend's oscilloscope I can see that it provides power that is actually less noisy than the official iPhone wall charger! Because the 2.1A outlet provides consistent delivery of >2A of power, I can power my Raspberry Pi 3 using the power bank. I let the Raspberry Pi 3 run *at full load* for over 10 hours, and never once did the Raspberry Pi detect an undervoltage event. The power bank was only discharged about 25%! Absolutely excellent. I would strongly recommend this power bank to anyone looking for a cost-effective battery charger for their phone, a remote power supply for their IOT device, or anything similar requiring consistent high-quality power.

Affordable and dependable little power bank.

Got one for my aunt and one for a family friend and they are both very much pleased. I actually tested the one I got for my aunt for about a month as she was out of town and I did not want to miss the return window if it was defective and can honestly say that this does what it promises. Had it in my car and took it to a music festival and got 2 full charges out of plus a 30% for OnePlus X on a single charge. That is quite a lot of power. Great product, wish I had bought one for my self as they are sold out at the time of this review. I have recommended this to family and friends. Has good heft to it so you know that you have it with you but it will not weigh you down.
