They look a little small on me, but the UV protection is better than any glasses I've own. Everything is still clear and not too dark. Construction is solid and much higher quality than the asking price suggests. Highly recommended!

These aviators are the best! They are light weight enough that you can wear them all day comfortably. They are polarized for reducing glare on water and windows (which helps tremendously when fishing or working in traffic). The frames flex outwards so that they don't press against the temple/ear, which make these the best I have owned...and I have owned 20+ pairs in my 39 years. Also the hard case and cleaning cloth make these a tremendous value at this price. Now I just need to find these in gold so they match the brass on my uniform....yes, I'm a police officer, and these are my daily glasses now.

Great Sunglasses. I just had cataract surgery and needed a dark lens and these are the darkest I have ever found. these sunglasses are very well made. Solid construction. At east as good as Raybans which are now made in China and have gotten a lot smaller. I am 6'5" tall and have a big head. Wearing Raybans looks like I am wearing my grandchild's glasses. These J&S sunglasses are the same style and and size of those I wore when I first began flying as a new Naval Aviator. Thanks.

I bought the medium/58 mm silver with black lenses pair for my son and he likes them. They have spring loaded temples (which is important) and came with a case and a cleaning cloth. My son is average height and build- about 5'9, 180 lbs. They fit him perfectly.

No, I am not military, but I appreciate quality and function. These are the best designed and most comfortable sunglasses I have ever owned. That is coming from a blind man who wears sunglasses as part of his every day life. I cannot tell you they make the world look sharp, but they make me look sharp. They give me that professional image I need when walking into a board room wearing slanky cool shades is simply not the first impression I want to make. I've owned more expensive, but not every designer label is backed by this level of quality. If I had a dollar for every pair of sunglasses I have broken, I would have a fat stack. This pair has already survived my walking into a half-open door. The spring hinges held up perfectly, as if they thought of me when they designed them to flex when I smash my head into things. The frame had taken on an odd angle for a minute, but they are real metal. That means I just gently work them back into alignment. In fact, the first thing I did when unpacking them was to fit them to my skull by gently bending the ear hooks. You just cannot do that with plastic shades. I say they are comfortable because you can make them fit your head like that. I'm not a big man. Being only 5-foot 8-inches, my small stature should have pointed me to purchasing the smaller pair of glasses, but the wider glasses give me better coverage. They maybe aren't goofy big, but the smaller pair would likely put the temple bars closer to my face. When I do finally kill this pair from misuse, I will go back for the smaller option. I figure if you can say you are a big person, go for the big pair, otherwise, take the more narrow frame. The temple bars are really the core of any glasses frame, and this pair feels like someone put a lot of thought into it. Rather than straight sticks you find on many expensive glasses, these are ever so slightly arched, curve into a thicker sturdy hinge connection, and have no tiny screw to drop out at the worst moment. It feels like a sealed hinge, so there is no replacing the temples. As if you were ever going to bother, right? Nobody ever repairs sunglasses. I've never seen a carry case like this, but I really have grown attached to it. It has a snap hook so it can be hung from whatever you have. Its a sort of firm pack, being not hard and not quite soft. It would not withstand a good stomp, but it prevents the glasses from being crushed when packed in a bag. It easily fits the glasses and the buffing cloth. Overall, these sunglasses are clearly manufactured with attention to detail. The materials are obviously top quality. Every edge is finely finished, and no part of them feels less than perfectly tooled. I am checking them all over for any sign of lack of craftsmanship and its simply not there. The case is lined with some velvety material, and every seam is perfectly sealed. Even the zipper on the case closes smoothly. I have to say the case is overly large. It could easily contain 2 pairs, but that would not be proper safe storage. With the case hanging on me, the glasses rattle around a bit and the zipper pull jingles. Wearing this case clipped to my hip is sort of loud. The plastic clip is sturdy, but does have 1 tiny sharp-ish point where it was probably broken off its molding grid in manufacturing. Its just a tiny pokey edge, but I am trying to find fault.

These sunglasses are by far my favorite pair. They are lightweight and comfortable. They don’t slide down my nose, nor do they squeez my head. They’re the perfect size and look pretty cool as well! I’ll probably order a second pair to keep in the car.

Im pretty finicky about the sunglasses I purchase. I have at least 20 pair (avg cost $20) some of them still with tags. However, I usually wear a pair of high end ones, but they've seen better days. I go nowhere without sunglasses because of eye issues. I ordered two pairs of the large sunglasses on Amazon Prime Day. I was able to compare the measurements on sunglasses that I currently own, so that was a plus. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken the chance. The sunglasses are quite nice and dark enough. The frame design is very fashionable and I'm able to wear them just about anywhere. I absolutely love the case they each came in (sturdy and nice) because I try to take care of my stuff, but you know how that is. I've only had them a week, so I can't say if they're durable although they seem pretty sturdy. I ordered the dark lenses with silver frame and a black frame. I'll probably go back and get the brown lenses so that I can match with whatever I'm wearing. Great purchase!

Love these glasses! They are sturdy and gorgeous and comfortable. I was skeptical but they feel great on. I'm not usually one to wear sunglasses but haven't gone anywhere without these they did take some getting used to. Great on a budget and good quality. They also came with a hard case which was an ease on my mind. Three kiddos and accidents happen so I really appreciate the hard case instead of a soft one. The card inside was a nice personal touch which often gets left out when ordering off Amazon. I genuinely appreciate the customer outreach after the order as well to make sure I was pleased with the product. I would highly recommend these to a friend if they needed a new pair of sunglasses :)

They fit perfect right out of the case. I ordered the medium size frame (female face with avg features). They look cool, fit good, and cover the eye well. Comes with a nice zippered case, too. My family recommended J&S to me. I desperately needed a good pair of polarized, blue blocking, anti glare, driving glasses to navigate mtns roads where at any given moment your blinded by the sun and your life is at risk driving. I was having such a hard time driving here that I stopped driving certain times of the day. I can't wait for the sun to come out to try these out. So far, their perfect. The real test is yet to come. I will update once I've driven in them.

Purchased product using my Prime account. Order arrived in 2-days as advertised. The sunglasses were well packaged in the shipping box, preventing any possible damage. Glasses were in the provided case and double-wrapped for further protection. The glasses also came with a microfiber cleaning cloth. The glasses appear to be well made. Excellent alignment of all parts. Very comfortable. The glasses fit perfectly and were well balanced on the nose and on both ears. The black lenses provided the additional darkness that traditional grey lenses don't provide. It is great to be able to out into the bright South Texas sun and not have to squint at all. Overall, my initial impression is that these are an excellent pair of sun glasses. And at $18.00, the price was more than reasonable. I'm going to purchase a second pair with the silver frame. My initial purchase came with a black metallic alloy frame.
