Works!

I have had my laptop for about 5 years and for a couple years I could only use it while plugged in. I never thought to switch out the battery. I thought I would need to be computer savvy in order to do something like that. I am so glad I chose this battery. I am able to use my laptop for more than a couple hours without having to plug it in. It was simple to remove the old one and install this one. The price is great as well.

I was a little skeptical about replacing my battery after reading reviews on some of the other batteries out there. Then I read the reviews on this one and decided to give it a shot. My current battery was completely gone. I had to keep my computer plugged in at all times. I received this battery quickly and after installing, I've charged it and ran it completely down twice, so far. It is holding a charge for about 6 + hours. I am tickled to death. Can't go wrong with this battery. It was low price so I was a little skeptical about the qaulity. It has brought life to my old Toshiba laptop, and after numerous recharges it's still holding a long lasting charge

Great battery buy!

I purchased this for my girlfriends laptop due to an annoying battery notice that she dealt with for awhile and we finally found this battery product that works very well. Already a week in and no problems. You will need to place the battery into your laptop, with no charger attached to allow the laptop to drain with the new battery. Then you may charge up :) instructions are included to please read it!

Fits perfectly and works!

I was afraid that getting a laptop battery at this low of a price there'd be some problem with - significantly lower than expected battery life, random discharges from improperly placed solder tabs, or simply the battery wouldn't fit. But omcreate nailed it and it fulfills all I need to get me back otg without being chained to a wall outlet - or even worse a car battery :( Running xubuntu on my toshiba p745 because I don't need any fancy bells or whistles on my daily driver, and the eeprom on the battery is configured and identified correctly by the kernel management!

Perfect for the price.

As per the instructions, the battery must be discharged at least 2 times. I did it 5 or 6 times, just to see if it would make a difference in un-plugged battery life. It worked. I have gotten a full 8 hours of battery life several times afterward. Great purchase!

Excellent battery with close to 4 hours of battery life

I received my Toshiba L755 (laptop) battery today and it was 100% charged, but with only 1 hour and 30 minutes remaining. I was kind of discouraged (Only an hour and a half?), but then read the directions where it said to 'drain' the battery to the point of the laptop shutting down and then recharging it again to reset the memory. I did what the directions said and now it shows 3 hours and 40 minutess. I am a happy camper!

I was able to find the OMCreate laptop battery very easily for my computer model

I was a little reluctant to buy a off-brand battery for my older Toshiba computer. When I looked on Amazon for the replacement for my Toshiba Satellite L755, I was able to find the OMCreate laptop battery very easily for my computer model. I thought the price was very reasonable at 19.99 with free Prime shipping. It arrived on time and was easy to install. I'm glad I read the directions because you need to charge and fully discharge the battery three times to in order to calibrate the battery. The first charge did not last longer than 1 hour and ran down quickly. The second charge lasted about 90 minutes, and by the time I charged and discharged the battery the third time, my battery was fully operational and lasts about 3 + hours.

Functional and effective!

It took several months for me to convince my husband to "throw good money after bad" and get a replacement battery for his laptop. This battery fit perfectly, and works flawlessly. He has been using it for daily use for four months now, with no signs of complications. This is the same guy who leaves his laptop plugged in constantly, so it's hard on batteries in general.

Works like a champ

Restored the laptop to being able to work unplugged more than 30 seconds. Tested the time of running on battery only and its only around 2.5 hours before needing to charge. Don't remember if the laptop ran longer when it was new. Not sure of how long until I will need to replace, working fine for now.
