customer service was good but tool two emails to get a response but definitely good for what your paying and these people say its like cheap plastic which when they are not mounted the seem flimsy but once mounted they feel pretty sturdy

Work very well
Easy install with included fasteners. Covers my 33x12.5 tires on fhe TJ very well, keeps mud in the wheel well, not on the vehicle. Seem a bit flimsy, but rigid when installed. Note: had to trim the back 2 due to rock sliders on sides.

Holes lined up fine, different profile than stock flares
Not sure why everyone else has problems lining up the holes. Mine fit perfectly on my 03 TJ Sahara. Had them for a few months now with no issues or discoloration or anything. They don't line up the same way the stock flares do so you'll have scratches from the stock ones you'll have to buff out, but even high end Rubicon flares dont line up the same as stock ones. Being a different style they are shaped differently. I'm quite happy with them and couldn't imagine other brands being worth the price difference. This is just my experience though.

Flare's fit perfect, and look really good after they were installed.

Meets tread coverage requirements and look good but not recommended for serious off roading.
I bought these for two reasons: to make the Jeep legal after installing new tires and rims; and didn't want to pay the high price for the super good ones (you know the brand). I don't do a lot of off-roading simply because where I live there's not too many places nearby to do it. That means I don't need good, heavy duty flares that resists damage that could occur. I recently installed new tires and rims on my 2006 TJ and the rim offset left my tread outside of the factory flare limits, which is not legal in Japan. These flares fit the bill. The flares are very easy to install once the time-consuming OEM removal is accomplished. This is a real PIA even if you've done it before. If you haven't, check out the online videos which, even then, don't show you how to fold back the rear wheel well inserts. Prepare to get dirty and scratched. These flares are very rigid and will not bend without cracking when running up against an immovable object which is why I don't recommend them for off road use. These are not mounted with hex-head fasteners but with regular screws and locking nuts. They are not stainless steel so I recommend replacing them with SS simply for ease of removal if they ever need to be replaced. There are chrome plastic covers that look like hex-head fasteners when new. I'm sure after a year or so of washing and weather the chrome will be mostly gone and need to be replaced. Not sure that can be done. If they can't be replaced I'll probably just pop them off with a screw driver and paint them. The flares improve the looks of my Wrangler and meet legal tread coverage requirements. They're inexpensive and easy to install.

Looks like a new jeep
Bought these to replace the faded original flares on my 99 Wrangler. Exactly what I expected. Install took awhile, but it was mostly getting the old ones off and inside the rear fender well to reach the back of the screws. All hardware came with them. Install the U gasket to the flare edge that goes against the body. Drastically improved the look of the Jeep. They also stick out far enough to prevent the splash up from the 33 x 12.5 mud tires I have on the car. Only issue was with the drivers side rock guard not matching up with the holes. Easy fix by just drillin some new holes in the guard.

Good product for the price
Good product for the price. Installation was 9 hours with 2 people. Worst part was removing the old stock flares. it will take 2 people. If your TJ is as old as mine was, the old nutserts wont allow you to screw the screws out. Jack it up, and lay up under each side, one person will have to reach way up in the small frame opening with a pair of channel locks and hold the tiny nut sert while the other person unscrews. Have a towel and spray detailer ready because once you remove the stock flares, there is 17 years worth of grime and dirt. these flares have a lower profile so you will have to remove all that before putting your new flares on.

1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ
These are great. Just got them on today so we will see how they hold up but they look fantastic. About an 8 hr project. The new flares go on easy. Everything lines up. All the hardware came with it except for the small flares. But I was able to use the old hardware. Someone said you need to take the plastic wheel liner off the back. But I did it without. Would have made it easier but than it would have added time and trouble to do it. Just not worth the time. It was not easy but doable. Overall I am very pleased with them. They are nice and strong once it is one. Everything lines up great. Worth the money so far. I'll post more if I have any problems.

1997 TJ with 2in lift and 31in tires
I put them on my son's 97 TJ. They are good quality and fairly easy to install if you have a little mechanical ability. Would definitely recommend.

Looks great. Perfect alignment of the holes. Durability may be a question mark
Excellent fit. The holes lined up perfectly. My only complaint would be the rubber "gasket" that mounts between the fender and the flare to hide any gaps is a bit stiffer than I would like so it kind of "flares" out in the curves of the fender flare. Very easy to install and the faux chrome caps that hide the hardware are tight suggesting a trouble free fit and low likelyhood of losing a cap. I would prefer a black cap but the "chrome" ones looks good and does make it look a bit more aggressive. The plastic is thin and is flexible. Time will tell if it was worth the price because I can see the plastic breaking very easily if a rock is thrown or if you get too close to a tree. Overall... very nice inexpensive mod. The recessed mounting holes for the lights MAY need to be expanded slightly but that depends on the lights.
