After much ado, I decided to add an accessory to my 2014 Ram 1500 truck. I loved the fact that it has adjustable mounts so I knew I wouldn't mess up the alignment. Mounted it on the bumper in front of the grille and boy does it look good. Has a brilliant light and installation was the easiest thing. Took me about 20 minutes to figure out the spot, assemble the mounts, drill 3/8 holes (through the plastic and metal pieces of the bumper) and route the wires. This unit does not come with a wiring harness, but I believe they sell a complete kit which I bought and reviewed separately. I was sold on this product because of the other customer reviews and the hardiness of this under harsh circumstances. I sure do recommend this product to anyone looking for a light bar without breaking the bank.

At first I thought that this product might be kind of cheap because of the low cost, but I was wrong! When it finally arrived in the mail, I took it out of the box and could already feel how sturdy this thing was. After getting it installed, it worked like a charm. This thing is really bright! I really like how well it lights up EVERYTHING. I installed it onto a bullbar in front of my jeep, and I get comments on how well it looks there so for $32, I'm a happy camper!

Its very good quality, heavy duty and bright. I installed it on my zero turn mower. I purchased the Nilight Off Road Light Bar Wiring Harness to wire up this Led Light bar, here is the link to the Nilight Harness: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0155W7EDS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4 But I purchased and used this Mopar OEM fog light switch instead of the switch supplied with the Nilight harness. I have used this OEM Mopar switch before to put fog lights in our 2007 Dodge Charger, its of high quality and works well. Mopar 68005178AC Auxiliary Light Toggle Switch. Here is the link to the Mopar switch: https://www.amazon.com/Mopar-68005178AC-Auxiliary-Toggle-Switch/dp/B0084TQNBE When I wired up the Mopar switch, I cut the plug off the end of it, and wired it my self. The Yellow wire (on the Mopar switch) goes to the red wire on the Nilight harness (where the Nilight switch would have been). The black wire is for the Ground (again this wire goes where the black wire would have been on the Nilight switch) The brown wire (n the Mopar switch) goes to the (White wire on the Nilight switch). Other than that, use the directions that came with the Nilight fog light wiring harness. Just omit the switch that came with the Nilight harness. To me the Nilight switch looked kinda cheap, and once I received it... this confirmed my assumptions) and I know that Mopar makes a good part, as I have previously said, I used this before to put fog lights in my 2007 Dodge Charger. Hope this helps you out.

Well i gotta say for less than $100 this light has pissed off plenty of people across the US. Bought this light over a year ago and let me tell you.. Money well spent. Really considering adding a second light bar to the front of the truck and here's why... Soon as i received it i gave every single screw on the face of the light bar 1 full turn and that's about it.. And from living in Florida and Texas.. This light has seen everything.. From the Fires in Northern California to being submerged in Hurricane Harvey floods, Pounding hail in New Mexico driving at 85mph, and completely buried in Snow in -0 temperatures... This light has never collected any moisture and has never burned 1 LED from the entire bar.. That's 1 full year of almost daily use and still blinding everyone in my way.. At one point i felt like it finally failed me, but quickly realized it was a corroded battery terminal. Clean that bad boy up and felt like i gained a few thousand lumens. And hey i'd be lying if i said it doesn't move the slow person out of the fast lane.. So far i'm still undefeated... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This thing is insanely bright!! I installed my light bar on the brush guard of my 1989 Ford Ranger, anyone who knows old trucks knows that the headlights are damn near totally useless on most of them. I tried everything, lens restoration kits, the brightest and most expensive halogen bulbs on the market, all new wiring straight from the battery to eliminate any corroded old connections and still I can ride around with my high beams on and no one can tell the difference and I can't see a damn thing. This LED light bar is pretty compact at only 20" and was super easy to bolt on and get it aimed properly. The outer housing of the light is heavier than expected and feels like it could take a fair amount of abuse honestly, I have used it for almost 2 years now, on road, off road, through heavy snow, sleet, rain, 0 degrees or 100 degrees I have never seen any moisture at all get inside of the light housing. Every diode on the light continues to work perfectly and it is just as bright today as the day it was delivered to me. 2 silver star ultra halogen bulbs(brightest on the market that I know of at least)will easily run you at least 50 or 60 bucks, do yourself a favor and spend the $30 on this light bar that is easily 10 times brighter and will last longer too. Now I am a mechanic and am pretty good with electrical systems so I have mine wired up to turn on and off automatically when I turn my high beams on and off which is the most convenient way as far as I'm concerned, although I also have it wired to a toggle switch in case I only want the light bar on or if I don't want it to come on with my high beams. What I like the most about this particular model compared to other light bars of the same size is the combination of spot light lenses and flood light lenses, the 6 lenses at either end of the light are floods and the rest are spot lights so you get the best of both worlds. I live out in the country so at night I can easily see 100 yards straight down road clearly and probably at least 50 yards out on both sides of my truck, which really gives you piece of mind because you see deer well before they get close to the road or jump out at you which is probably my favorite feature. Now I have never been pulled over for using this light on road even though technically it is illegal except for off road use, at least in PA where I live, but like I said I use mine light my high beams, if there are cars coming the other way or in front of me I turn it off right away and have passed cops doing this and never been hassled. I also usually don't use the light bar when in town just to play it safe, and you really only need it out on dark back roads anyway honestly. I also have mine mounted at the same height as my factory headlights and I properly aimed my light bar using the same process used for aiming headlights to make sure it's not intentionally blinding other cars on the road, although it really is so bright I try to be very quick about getting it turned off when other cars are around because it really could blind someone if you're not careful about using it. Every state is difference but I imagine if you're smart and courteous about using it you should be fine, it you have it aimed too high or have it mounted somewhere up high like a roof rack and use it on road you are probably just begging to be pulled over and given a ticket.

After reading some reviews about this light, I wasn't sure what to expect. The light came well packaged and double boxed so there wasn't any issues with damage in shipping. When I opened it, I was surprised at just how hefty it felt. This isn't a cheep plastic light and it seems very well built. I was concerned that the mounting brackets might have problems based on issues other people had, but they were fine. The brackets themselves do seem a little on the thin side, but once mounted they feel sturdy enough. I also ordered a mictuning wiring harness with a 30 amp fuse mictuning LED Light Bar Wiring Harness 30 Amp Fuse ON-OFF Laser Rocker Switch Blue(2 Lead 12ft), but I ended up wiring this direct to the wires that the stock fog lights were wired to on my 01 Jeep TJ, so I didn't use it. I am thrilled that I don't have to drill any holes in my dash for more switches. Mounting this was a breeze. Total installation time to put it on my E-Autogrilles bumper E-Autogrilles 87-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ/YJ Off Road Front Bumper with 2x D-ring & Winch Plate (51-0034) was less than 20 minutes, including wiring. It's just one mounting bolt on the bottom of each of the two brackets, and four bolts on the side of each bracket plus two more allen screws to secure the light once centered in place. I turned this baby on and walked in front of my Jeep and couldn't believe how bright this was, even in sunlight. The side most six lights on both sides scatter their light and the inside bulbs are concentrated to a round beam that shone on the back wall in my garage. I've seen similar lights to this at three times the cost. I definitely recommend it. UPDATE: Well, I've had this on for a few days and tonight my wife pointed out that 12 of the lights on the right side are out. Honestly I didn't expect this to last all the way through the two year warranty, but this is a little soon for it to be failing. I've reduced my 5-star rating to 3 star and I'm going to get another one to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is probably a wiring issue rather than bulbs blinking out because it's a cluster of a dozen lights all grouped together. UPDATE 2: I got the replacement super fast and installed it right away. It's been working all summer without any issues. I do have to say that this light is too bright to use on the highway when there are other cars around. I only use on trails (and when people cut me off on the freeway) :p I'm upping my rating back to five stars. I'm very pleased.

Anybody who knows Ford trucks knows the one thing theyre not the best at is headlights. They pretty much suck. Finally fed up with it i started lookin for a light bar i could add to the truck without lookin like a moron drivin down the road. Thank God for finding these light bars on amazon. Locally a similar light bar is going for 150+. But with all the great reviews (the picture reviews are by far the most valuable) i figured its worth a shot. Mounted it by removing the fog lights on my bumper and putting the bar in their place. Very classy and unnoticable. Obviously the only intelligent way to wire it was by adding a relay that turns the bar on and off with my high beams, NO thinking about it, its basically now a part of or mimicking the high beams. This thing is way bright. Like stupid bright! The HUGE increase in brightness, farness, peripheral vision and the good crisp white light. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. Its really a no brainer. For the cost of these light bars the hugr increase in nighttime driving ease and safety i will not own a vehicle ever in the future not equipped with a light bar. This bar was easy to mount, came with good hardware and brackets. Heavy and well built. If your still undecided just get it. You will be most impressed. For reference i got the 20" spot/flood light bar and its on a stock 2005 Ford f350

I have had this light on my Subaru for quite some time now. I really like it. I have had no problems with malfunctions or water intrusion. it is unbelievably bright. you will blind oncoming traffic even during the day. I will have to throw in that the adjustment screws on the mounts are a bit hard to get to once installed. I would buy this again without hesitation. do yourself a favor and buy a wiring harness to go with it. hope this review helps! This Is The Midwest Man. See Ya!

I read some reviews stating that this light isn't 100% waterproof. So I bought some waterproof silicon to cover the screws and gaps between the housing and light cover. So far I haven't had an issue. The light is pretty bright for the price. I would of loved to buy a Rigid Industies LED light bar but I don't want to spend $500. Update: After several thunder storms, the lights still work. No fogging up! Still bright!
