Right on target
So I’ll do a very detailed review, 1996 Civic LX. When the car is on a stop and idling, the temp gauge needle goes up steadily, and when the car is running, the gauge goes back to normal just as fast. When the temp gauge is on hot and I rev the engine, temp gauge needle goes down a little bit. Fan switches on on Hot reading, then turns off when the needle goes down a bit, still the engine is not smoking nor does it feel really hot. It's just a normal temperature as far as I can tell. So I searched the net and Facebook groups, then ran across a video stating the IAC could be the idle issue since it pretty much controls the idle. Purchased this part and now I’m issue free.

So far it's all good!
Used this to replace the old IAC valve on my 1997 Honda Civic LX and it seems to have fixed the low idling issue. Gasket that came with it wasn't perfect but it works. This is being posted 3 days into the replacement, so I'm giving it a 5 star review for now. I will update it if anything arises.

Super Cheap & Effective
Bought for my 1999 Honda Civic LX Auto with the D16Y7 engine with the notorious surging up and down idle. Replaced in under 30 minutes. 10 times cheaper than any parts store. Would recommend getting a throttle body gasket when ordering as I had to pull the TB to change the IACV.

Best deal this far
My car threw the code for the IAC and was bucking when my foot wasnt on the gas along with idle surging. Local parts stores wanted over $150, never hearing of this brand before but given the low cost decided to try it out. After installing the new IAC cleared the code and could not be happier this far. All my idle issues are gone and my car is back to normal. Fully recommend and if needed would gladley order from them again.

No more fluctuating idle!
I occasionally had to clean the stock one because the inner components would get stuck in place. I finally decided to replace the stock IACV on my 99 honda Civic d16y7 with this and it works well now. After about 6 months from installation i haven't had to clean it at all. No issues, good purchase.

Fixed 1998 Honda Civic dx
Fit like it should fixed the car ,FYI you can delete the water lines that attach to this part if you live in a warm climate ,all they are for is throttle body heat. They are a pain to hook up

Worked great!
Worked perfect. I think all of the negative reviews are from individuals that don’t know what they’re doing. The gasket was perfect. My 2000 Honda Civic EX idles amazingly now.

Great price! Works great!
I ordered this part and it came super fast. Put it onto my 97 Civic DX (auto trans) and the idle issue vanished. Just an FYI, this part fits automatic transmission cars only. the manual trans use a different IAC valve.
