These are awesome! I looked forever and compared brands because I needed the perfect product to mold my project! These worked amazingly! Best part is that if you mess up, you can just throw it back in the water to start all over.. if life worked as well as these we all would be loving life!!

Heat will re-melt the plastic. This stuff is fantastic.

I thought I found it cheaper but it ended up being the non-molding version of the plastic. The heat did not effect them. This stuff has melted onto my car seats from being in the sun. It has melted into my engine battery compartment from engine heat and this stuff does not require much heat to re-melt. Please learn from my mistakes. Otherwise, this stuff is fantastic. It does turn rock hard after it cools. It is so easy to shape and re-shape. The color thing is super cool when you have the color pallet... just a pinch goes a long way. I still use the one's from my original purchase years ago. This purchase here was just restocking the plastic. If your using this for the first time, just know that this plastic turns clear in the heat and cools off to a bright white. Good luck and thanks for reading.

Very versatile product

Originally I bought and reviewed this product as a medium for arts and crafts. While it was great at that, for me its use didn’t stop there. This product has been very useful when I needed a piece of plastic that didn’t exist. For example, when the plastic solar panel broke off of the top of my patio’s umbrella and I could no longer use the lights, I busted out the polly plastic and repaired the broken piece. Another example? Okay... well one time I was putting together a ping pong table and when I realized a plastic washer was missing, rather than waiting for a replacement I made my own. It is very durable and everything I’ve fixed with it is still intact today.

What a godsend!

I had my front tooth crown fall off and the cost of getting a replacement from dentist office was outrageous. I read about this product being used to make temporary teeth and thought I'd give it a shot. It worked amazingly well and was very easy to use. I can now smile and use this as an alternative until I can afford to go to the dentist. Thanks to whoever invented this stuff....a real godsend to those of us on a budget!

First time using this product. I bought it to create teeth for my Halloween costume. The product was easy to use and I made the teeth in no time. Then I decided to make an eyeball for another costume idea. I've attached pictures to show you the results. The clear plastic drys solid white and makes it super easy to paint up. You can also add red food coloring dye to the plastic to dye it pink for making gums and fx teeth. This is a great, multi purpose product that I will be using often for future FX projects.

Very easy to work with , as described. I wore nitrile gloves to handle after melting because of the higher heat, but very easy to put in molds. Used to make duplicate model parts

Great product for anything plastic

I bought it for making "veneer" like teeth to fill in the missing teeth until surgery. This thing is nice and easy to form. To yellow it a little bit add filtered ground coffee in the hot water. This makes it a little yellowish to match your teeth if you doing one side only. Also I made some toys with this and is wonderful.

Great from fixing items or making new ones !

I wanted to make a stand for my iPh . I found Polly Plastics and gave it a try ! I dropped the beads in hot water until they became translucent. Then removed with a spoon. I sculpted it quickly before the plastic cools. If you have trouble just put the plastic back in hot water and start again 😊 it’s perfect for making all kinds of handy items.

Easy to use and fast drying time

This product was great. I wanted to make teeth for a monster mouth I was going to be making out of liquid latex and I found this product easy to mold and the dry time was also quick! Although I haven’t finished the mouth yet and it still needs to be painted I have included it. This was my first time making anything like this so if I can use these anyone can.

replaced my daughter's lost retainer for pennies

This worked so great at making a replacement dental retainer for my daughter. I saved $250, and it was easy to use. We messed up a few times, and just remelted the plastic each time, until we got a retainer that fit snug and was comfortable. It was easy to snip off uncomfortable parts. I also repaired an iphone charging cord that was frayed. This stuff has already paid for itself in savings, and I'm excited to try some fun craftsy projects next.
