Great Product with even better Support...

We bought this to get rid of our old Fax machines and reduce paper use. It worked perfectly from the start with no major issues. But what was so great was the support we received. We needed to adjust some feature that was not available, and the support team worked on getting as a customized solution within 48 hours, to solve it. They sent us a special update that we installed and it solved the issue. I wish other products had such great support.
