This leather hole puncher is so easy and does an excellent job. I thought this would be something really hard to use and make a not so nice hole. But it's super easy to punch a hole in a leather belt and the hole looks like it came with the belt and not something that was added on. It's really easy to use and is built well. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to add holes in their leather products.

I used this many times since purchasing it. It works really well. I had to put holes in fairly thick leather and it had no problem putting a hole into it. I take this with me to the barn on days I ride. BTW As well as it works on thick leather, it also works well on very thin leather. I used it for stirrup straps.

I bought these as a replacement for an old, heavy duty, very reliable leather punch that got lost in my last move. I was not expecting much for the price and was very pleasantly surprised when these arrived. These are quite heavy duty, well made and work great. All the holes punched out very cleanly. I think they are as good as my old, made-in-the-USA punch, not something that I had expected. The smaller sized punches do tend to get very clogged up with the punched out material and are somewhat of a pain to get cleaned out. This will happen with any punch. If they get jammed up enough, they may stop punching through cleanly, so it is important to clear out the excess materials.

I looked at several of these hole punch pliers and decided to go with one of the lowest cost ones. I didn't expect to use this often now that my project has been completed. It was very easy to use and cut through the material perfectly (faux leather and cardboard). The extra plate thingy and screw driver comes in handy, which comes in a little cute case. I did notice that the handle was a little wiggly and would assume that if you do have a very big project it might be worth going for one of the higher end pliers. This is a perfect tool to have in your tool box for various other things, for example adding a new hole in a belt, as well as various crafts. Plus dont forget that this tool has various size holes that you can punch. This was a very good buy for me especially knowing that I didn't have to pay too much for it!

I have purchased MANY leather hole punches since I’ve owned horses for over 30years. These are GREAT and very easy to use. The cut is always clean and they’re easy to squeeze. They open wide for a variety of uses. By far the easiest I have ever owned. They seem like they are very heavy duty as well. I read reviews of other people saying the hole punch doesn’t line up with the brass plate but if you loosen the screw and move it over, it does line up. It’s no problem to adjust it. Great leather hole punch. I would definitely buy again. Great tool and even better price. I looked around and wasn’t sure what ones to buy but I’m glad I didn’t spent $20+ when these work perfectly.

This is the perfect gadget for my purposes! I struggled with rivet holes using an awl, it was hard work and time-consuming to say the least. Since I got this hole punch it's so incredibly easy to pop holes in multiple layers of fabric and pleather for the handbags I make. The reviews here stating that there was difficulty getting the punch materials out of the tube must be using some sticky materials as the tiny punch outs fell right through the wheel on this punch for me. It's pretty awesome and inexpensive. One thing I will point out, pay attention to the position of the brass disk, I punched a gouge into the plastic part of the disk--and without too much effort! It's completely usable yet + it comes with a replacement disk!

I always needed one of these to make belts smaller. I used to use a needle to force a hole in my belts and it was tiresome. I bought the device in this instance to make a purse strap with a belt style shortening mechanism even shorter than the holes would allow. I will have many uses for this. It has size options so it would work great on heels or sandals with a buckle too if you ever needed. Nice addition to the household tool kit.

I have both many chip ones in the past, they all were worthless. I don't use them very often, but this time i decided to pay little more, what a difference. This one is easy to squeeze, much sharper to cut, and overall the way it supposed to be. I'm a mechanic, I know tools. Even do this is must likely double the amount of a chip one, the total price is in everyone budget.

This goes through my fabric and leatherwork like butter, I go through a lot of hole punches and this is by far the BEST one I've ever purchased. Very well made. Pleasantly surprised and impressed. (After using this I will never buy another one from MIchaels or Joanns). Highly recommend!

This is a very nice leather hole puncher to buy. First off, you can't beat the price of this tool it's strong and sturdy and it were constructed with excellent Craftsmanship. Me being a tradesman for over 30 years always looking for quality tools to purchase. It came in handy to punch new holes in my tool belt because I do have a small waistline and a lot of tool belts are sold for bigger waist guys. I will also be using this to punch new holes in my kids belts as I often buy belts that are too big for them. I would recommend this product to purchase and I'm giving it 5 stars. ****** If you enjoyed my review please vote this review as helpful and feel free to ask me any additional questions and I'll answer them to the best of my abilities ******
