Despite not being a "Case" , I still LOVE my Artect!

Just received my Artect iPad Bluetooth Keyboard a few days ago & really impressed with the keyboard: * Excellent quality build & fit, solid construction and looks great; matching the iPad colors * Fast pairing * Keyboard is responsive * Rapid charging less than 1 hour * Converts my tablet into a very functional mini laptop * Unheard of TWO year warrantee Cons: * Please notice, I do not call the product a "CASE" since the Artect does not enclose the iPad and thus does not protect the iPad in case of a drop Suggestion: * Offer a new model for a few more bucks that provides protection for the iPad * Add backlighting for the keyboard which would really differentiate Artect from the competition Overall: * Very pleased with my purchase, excellent price value despite not being a "Case" * Should provide years of service as long as I avoid dropping my iPad * Highly recommend!! ^^ UPDATED 4/13/2018: My Artect iPad Bluetooth Keyboard worked flawlessly for over a year, but recently my unit no longer could be recharged. Mini Productivity Powerhouse

I just started using it today. I just got an iPad for work today, and I bought this keyboard to go with it. I absolutely love it! It turns my iPad into a mini laptop perfect for work and play. The IT guy that sent up my iPad for me was impressed with the keyboard also. He has the iPad Pro, and he says this keyboard it a lot clicker which we both prefer. And, he admitted that this little mini is a lot easier to carry around to meetings and other appointments. I downloaded the Microsoft Office suite on my iPad, and this keyboard makes it so much easier to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on my iPad.

Worked Like a charm

I love that I can see my tablet. Those big bulky cases cover everything up and adds so much weight. Plus that plastic screen protector on some eliminates the feel and comfort of the touch screen. I bought a sleeve protector to put it in for travel. I guess if you're rough on your electronics, buy the big and bulky w/o the keyboard. Ok, so it's not back-lit, so if you are typically working in low light like in a conference hall or something, this might not be the one for you. I like it the hing is solid, doesn't feel like it's going to break. while using the touch screen, you will need to put a finger or thumb on the keyboard to keep it from tipping. Not an issue and is easy to accommodate I bought it so I could have an ultra portable "laptop". Really can not say much about battery yet, just got it. Plenty of pictures available

I purchased this a week ago and from the start it didn't charge properly. I used the cord that was included but the charging light kept turning off even though it wasn't completely charged. I also tried another mini USB cable, same thing. Therefore it died super fast. UPDATE: Seller replied to my request to return item due to charging issue. They sent me a replacement keyboard immediately and it is working very well. Thanks for the prompt customer service!

Great looking mini laptop that functions well

Fantastic little keyboard instantly turned my mini iPad into a cute and perfectly functioning laptop. I was skeptical because of a couple of reviews which mentioned their screen glass broke, so I’m extra careful opening, closing or sliding pad in and out. I had a bit of trouble getting used to where certain keys are located, but I went through all the keys, made a list where the shortcut symbols are, and promptly solved that problem. I absolutely love the fact that my mini iPad stays open, and I don’t have to hold it. Keyboard has the sleep-wake function, matches the silver iPad, and came nicely packaged. Can’t beat all that for the price! Highly recommend.

Shouldn’t have gone for the less expensive-but the sell in great and responsive

I’ve had this since April, it is now only the middle of June.. The rubber that is suppose to hold the ipad in are moving out which eventually they will come off. It isn’t a bad product just made wrong. Keyboard works fine despite what others said, but i will be shopping for a new cover soon. I would not recommend the cover for someone that uses their ipad all the time.------------ A pleasant surprise my Ipad case is being replaced. Surprised as it was such a quick response after this posting, but I'm impressed by the seller. The new unit should be delivered by next week. Thank you Arteck for your quick response.

Best Keyboard for the money or even more money! You should love it!

Had this keyboard for almost 2 years now. Still holds a charge that lasts well over a week averaging over 2 hrs a day on my IPAD 2017. The hinges are starting to show wear after opening and closing 20 to 50 times a day. No delays or issues with the keyboard and the feel is good. It doesn’t come with a cover, but unless you carry your IPAD every day on the sidewalk by itself, I really don’t see the need for one. Mine is at home most of the time and when I go it is in my backpack. Because it is plastic, the hinges wear and start getting sloppy after 2 years, but as of now it still works great. Waiting for it to break so I can buy another!!! I sure it will be a long while yet. Not great for portrait except is takes less than a second to take the ipad off. You should love it

This was super easy to slide the ipad mini into

Cute little bluetooth keyboard. This was super easy to slide the ipad mini into. It hooked up to bt quite easily and I've had no problems. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life. Note - it is just a keyboard. When you close it, the back of your mini will be the top of the package, so there is nothing really protecting the ipad min original case.
