INCOMING OPINION, PLEASE DO YOU'RE OWN RESEARCH. I didn't want to believe these flavored water additives are that bad pH wise, but guess what... THEY'RE PRETTY BAD!! Shown here I bought these pH test strips and checked the flavoring lightly and heavily mixed with water. As it turns out the lighter it was added to the water barely made a difference. Most of the lemon, raspberry, punch, strawberry mixes registered 3-4 pH and lemonade was the worst at 2-3 pH. Sweet tea was the best coming in at like a 6-7 pH. The coffee we drink was up around 7pH as was our tap water. If you are in doubt of your drink, check it yourself. Also google some facts about this "critical pH teeth" and "water flavoring teeth". You can't beat the price on these strips, they were $5.99 for 100 when I got mine. The reviews about the lid being difficult are overly exaggerated in my opinion. It comes on and off easily, but when you put it on you have to line it up correctly to get it over the strips that stick out first. Not really a big deal, I've done it 20 times now. If that's going to bother you, just put the strips in a baggie or washed out old prescription pill bottle. Make sure you keep the color chart though! Remember, you are getting this for the strips and they work perfectly! Just follow the 3 simple rules on the box.

A lot of people seem to have had a problem with these being inaccurate. Maybe theres a difference in batches or something, because mine have been about as accurate you could hope for compared to other similar products. I used them with various pH tester calibration liquids I had laying around, they came back almost exactly on point every time. I use these for testing highly alkaline solutions, and in my experience they give me results similar to that of the more affordable digital testers out there. I just like being able to dip it, read it and toss it rather than having to clean strong bases off my digital meter all the time, it just makes me uneasy. Plus it's another point of reference if nothing else. I recommend it. If you need pinpoint accuracy, you're going to have to spend a lot more than a couple bucks for a high quality digital meter, and there's no getting around that.

Just what we needed to conduct an experiment for science. The test strips worked great, were easy to use, and came in a handy case with easy-to-read pH levels.

I've used a bunch of these and also the same brand urine/saliva strips. Both work great! The urine/saliva strips are easier to "read"…meaning I can tell what the pH is more easily, but of course they have a narrower range of pH they measure. They respond almost (change color) almost instantly. No waiting. Anyway, I really like them…proof? I've ordered them twice!

These are the best imo, the plastic container that the sticks are contained in has a graph, or color chart that goes all the way down to 4.5, the others that I have ordered only go to 6.5, use them for my dogs because the P.H. reading has a lot to do with whether or not they may have a urinary infection or something going on with the kidneys. Very good product.

I bought these for making vitamin c serum and they have been working wonderfully. I had bought the single color ph strips and felt like I was never sure if I was reading it correctly, and turns out I wasn't. The color difference seems a bit more obvious with these and I feel more confident about the results.

I've been using these for nearly a year now and I absolutely love them. I use them to test the pH of all my skincare products that I buy and I find them to be pretty reliable and easy to use. The sturdy packaging is also a plus. I would repurchase them when the time comes, but it comes with plenty of strips!

These work great and respond immediately. Used them for Cider making. I find the 4 colors on the strip easy and accurate to use when matched up/lined up against the provided color chart. The only suggestion for improvement might be a light safe bottle for long term storage (but then you'd have to fit the 38 different color charts onto the bottle too)

These are brilliant for home use testing the ph of cosmetic concoctions. I've become very interested in making my own facial serums, and these little strips are easy! I just drip whatever I have made onto the test strip and line it up onto the hard plastic holder, the match was perfect for a ph of 2 on the column, which reassures me that I'm staying below a 4 on the scale. These are a must have if you are making your own stuff and LabRat was the vendor.

Purchased this item for soap making. As I was tired of doing the "ZAP" test. I had to give my tongue a break! 😊😊😊Currently the results are accurate. Will purchase again,
