Handsome dress shirt

This was shipped quickly, arrived on time, and was packaged well. This is the perfect dress shirt for my son. It's a lightweight cotton/polyester mix and won't be scratchy on him. This fits like a typical 4T shirt, not too big or small. The pocket is small, it definitely makes the shirt look like a "little boy shirt" and not a "big boy shirt". I've included measurements in the pics. I recommend buying this item.

Looks big but try it on them first...

I received these shirts today (prime member). When doing online shopping especially with clothing it's either a hit or miss, in which we always hope it's a hit. I took the shirt out of the package and held it to his back and thought this is big big big and my son needs to be in full uniform on Weds. I was prepared to send it back and thought NO I will let him try it first. Guess what it fits so I'm keeping all 4 👕's I bought. Let me advise on what threw me off, the length. It's a bit long and comes past his buttocks by 2 inches. So we're done on the fit. Quality: well I love French Toast brand as I wore it when I was young, been out for years. It just seems that these shirts are becoming more thin and see through. I don't know could be me, but the shirts I brought from Cookies last year are a bit thicker. In all, for the price I paid it was a steal and a life saver bc initially I was going to homeschool him and he begged me to allow him to enter 6 grade he's 10. So this turned out to be a hit ladies/gentlemen. My son is 5'0" and weighs a whooping 132lbs built like a quarterback and very active. 6 more inches we'll be face to face baby..lol. Great value dress shirt - nicer than expected!

Sharp looking shirt, lightweight (perfect for summer or spring/fall with a jacket) and easy care. Pattern and colors rich, no bleed when I washed cold, dried regular. No wrinkles when pulled from dryer before it stopped, dried fast. Collar has tab reinforcements sewn inside at the ends to help keep collar crisp. (not attached, but seem like they'll stay in place between the fabric layers). Have skinny framed and long limbed son; shirt looked really nice on him, long enough without being too big around.

My son was recently in a wedding and he had to have a short sleeve white button up shirt. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg because I knew he would only probably wear it once and be done with it. Also I only had like 4 days before I needed it so Amazon Prime to the rescue! I found just what I was looking for with this French Toast Boys Short Sleeves Shirt. It was lightweight so perfect for this summer wedding he was in. I have washed this shirt and it still it has held up. The stitch work is great on it. I had no issues with it and I would recommend this to all my family and friends if they ever need a button up shirt. It makes my little boy looks so handsome! I ordered a 5 and it's just his size.

A shirt my son and I can agree on!

This is the second shirt I have bought of this brand. The sizing is true and comfortable. My son wears a white shirt weekly so we need something that washes well and does not turn in to a wrinkly mess. This shirt is fabulous. I immediately pull it from the dryer and hang it up to avoid ironing. I have bought other shirts that no matter what I tried they had to be ironed before each wear. It is not the same as high end wrinkle free shirts that are out there, but for the price, the quality is better than I would expect. The shirt would need some touch up ironing for a photo or formal event, but for more casual wear by a pre teen boy, it is perfect. The previous shirt was still white and crisp when my son outgrew it. When I saw another shirt for a great deal I had to buy it. It's not easy finding an inexpensive dress shirt that an 11 year will wear. I will continue to buy this shirt!

My favorite boys short sleeved dress shirt!

I love these shirts for my little boy! They are really nice material, come out looking nice from the dryer without having to iron them, which is a huge plus. I like that the top neck button is a little stretchy so it makes it a little more comfortable around the neck for them. My 6 year old only wants to wear short sleeves so this one is perfect for him to wear to church. Its nice and long too so it stays tucked in nicely. Great quality, style and fit!

Great buy and quality shirt

I’ve been buying these shirts for my son since for more than 3 years. Excellent quality, fit and the price was at its best when I made this purchase. The poplin shirts I like because the collar is a bit more sturdier than the other French toast shirts...they wash and wear well for the duration of the school term... I highly recommend purchasing this shirt and brand.

Does the job!

Our school requires the real oxford style shirts (thick-ish cotton with button down collar points), but those bother my son's sensitivities, so we "cheat" and use the French Toast white button downs. They are lighter, softer and cooler for him and the neck is not too tight for him to tolerate (especially the ones with the adjustable hidden elastic in collar/button). So we use these and they work for us! Also, very reasonably priced! They do get a dingy color by the end of the year what with not being 100% cotton, but cheap enough that they don't owe you a dime!

Great for Hermione costume.

I got this for my daughter's Hermione costume. It was perfect! I wanted a short sleeve so it wouldn't be too hot with the button up and the sweater. I fit well under the sweater and it was comfortable against the skin. Since it was a boys shirt, I ordered a size down. She wears and 8, I got a 7 and it fits great. The collar is nice and stiff. I was afraid it would loose its shape after washing it. But it held its shape and looks great.
