guitar amps use mono plugs
Make sure you get the proper adaptors. There are stereo 1/4 plugs and there are mono plugs. If you have a guitar amp, you need a mono 1/4 inch to stereo headphone plug not this one. If you have a behringer stereo amp and or midi keyboard then buy this. I've seen all kinds of reviews about plugging adaptors in 90% to get them to work in both channels, right doesnt work, or you get unreliable signal or whatever, but they are probably mixing mono equipment and stereo plugs. I've done it too. Look carefully, and troubleshoot before calling them defective pos. These work perfectly with my stereo stuff.

Low profile and work great
This is the smallest adapter I have and it works almost flawlessly. I have a few others but they're rather bulky. This one almost makes it seem like you're not even using an adapter. My only complaint is for one of my earphones, if I push the connector in all the way, it seems to mess with the signal because the sound gets muffled. I have to pull out the earphone connector a tad before everything clears up. But that was with only one pair and I didn't have any others to test with. Might have been just that pair. Either way, they are small, look great, and work!

They work
These adapters seem to work well. The input side is nice and flat which provides and unobstructed connection for whatever type of headphone jack you're plugging it into. Right angle, straight, big fat connectors, small earbud connectors or whatever. They have a nice positive connection which is both tactile and visible that seats well and securely. The only thing I wish it had was some texture on the barrel. It's hard to get a grip on it when pulling out of 1/4 jack, especially if it's in a tight spot like a mixer where there are tons of other cable close by. Other than that, looks great, works great, great price, etc.

This is NOT Ratatouille
It's always nice to have 3 of these because they really come in handy. These particular adapters are well-made and feel good in the hand. They work like a charm. 5 flippity dippin stars. Also if you're the kind of person that leaves 4 stars if the product meets expectations and 5 stars if it "exceeds" expectations in your review, go to another planet. You're a dork. Your opinion is not God's magical fart and neither are you. Just leave 5 stars if it is everything you hoped, and if it exceeds expectations, detail it in your review and explain why. Dont taint these people's Amazon seller score so you can play Anton Ego from Ratatouille, ok? Your children dont really like you, they're pretending because your arrogance intimidates them. You know who you are. Merry Christmas!

Good adapter, good price
These 6.5mm (1/4") male to 3.5 mm female adapters are a solid fit on both ends and pass audio reliably with no static and no dropouts. I'm using the adapters in a home studio environment. My mixing boards have 1/4" headphone jacks as does my headphone distribution amplifier. Most new headphones and earbuds have 3.5mm connections, so, having these adapters is necessity. I have had some serious issues with cheap, unreliable 1/4" stereo female to female adapters from other companies. That said, these Aurum adapters worked like a champ and I'm using them for all my 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter connections.

You would be doing yourself a disservice by passing these adapters up.
Couldnt find any adapters in store so i went online and found these in a pinch. They shipped out and were delivered in the blink of an eye it felt like. Im just thankful they fixed my problem i was having. I was dealing with latency issues when playing guitar through an audio interface due to i was having to route the audio output to the headphone jack on the laptop rather than just plug into the output on the interface. Soon as i plugged in one of the adapters i received the latency issue was solved and the sound was just gorgeous. So happy and now i wont need to buy any adapters for a very long time because these definitely feel and sound durable! Also i love their design! Matches my interface!!

Excellent adapter for plugging in headphones into stereo receiver while playing PS4
I have my PS4 connected to my stereo receiver which then takes the video to my 1080i HDTV and the sound to the room's 5.1 stereo speakers. When I need some silence in our family room, the 1/4 inch (i.e., 6.35 mm Male) to 3.5 mm Female adapter allows my son to plug his headphones into the stereo receiver while playing his PS4 game. It works great! It provides the surround sound effects from the game. You can, of course, plug the headset directly into your PS4 controller but I think the sound quality is improved after it is processed through the Yamaha stereo receiver. I highly recommend this adapter if you need to plug in your earbuds, headphones, etc into the stereo!

Really Tight Fit, Fits Perfectly Into My Darkvoice 336SE (Modified)
They have a really tight fit for the 3.5mm Plug that goes into the adapter, which is probably good for conductivity of whatever is being plugged into the adapter, makes it less likely for an accidental short from something slipping from inside the plug. Honestly it's really high quality for the price, doesn't scratch from what I can see, it's Gold plated so it will scratch eventually but from plugging it into my amp , or any amp for that matter, but they haven't scratched yet. My Darkvoice still has the stock Jack, which is meh at best, so while it is modified with better internals, the Jack wasn't really a priority, although most other amps will have higher quality Jacks, so they seem to be pretty resistant to scratching even with a lower quality Jack. Might be cool to see Rhodium coated plugs though, not because they sound better or something (although technically Rhodium plating being more resistive than Gold plating that might affect the sound a bit?), more for durability since it won't scratch as much, probably last alot longer, although with the prices of Rhodium these days, especially in the audio market, they may cost substantially more in some cases. Either way the Gold plating is high quality and I really can't "Hear" any performance loss from them (even if that would be a factor in this case). Also I like their base color and design, feels more custom, so that's nice. Overall it looks and feels nice and it works as intended, tight fitting, doesn't slip, and the insulative ring spacing is adequate and is unlikely to cause any shorts from either end or fit weird in most amps, preferably the amp should have a quality Jack so they'll fit better in general as well as scratch the Plug less, but it will work in just about any 6.35mm Jack I imagine.

Shoot - These things work Great
That's right - You can't go wrong with these things. Shoot - Get the pick-up truck - these things work great. You take it out of the package and put it in the 1/4" hole and bam you have 1/8" adapter for your headphones. It's like a modern-day miracle. Who knew you could go use an adapter and it works so well. I know we have engineered many things in life. But an adapter so you don't have to purchase new headphones. That is amazing. Don't hesitate to get these - they are simply the best thing since sliced bread.

Works great!
Just what I needed. I didn’t want to bother my roommates/neighbors with my digital piano, so I got this pack to plug in headphones. Now I can play at all odd hours of the night in blissful peace. The adapters are great quality and come in a pack of 3. I haven’t had it long, but the quality is crystal clear with no distortion to my headphones. It’s an excellent value too - if you go to a local store, this price (I paid $7) would get you a 1 pack. Nothing else to say, really. I’ve used it every day since I got it a little less than two weeks ago and it’s worked wonderfully. Highly recommended.
