The size 5 looks soooo good in her

I read almost all the reviews and many of them were saying that the blouse runs small. Well my daughter is an average 5 years old and she wears 4-5 so I was about to order 6 but I decided to order 5 and it fits her perfectly. She is average but slim so bease upon that, if your daugher is 5 and she is taller than the average girls I would order 6. The size 5 looks soooo good in her! I bought it for a cowgirls party so I am not expecting it to last for the whole year! So 5 worked for me

Flattering uniform blouse

Finally an oxford uniform shirt for girls that is flattering on a girl. My daughter is tall and slim and this shirt sits nicely on her - not baggy or too wide. We got size 14 for for her (she's 12) because of her long torso and it's perfect. The sleeves have a this and wife cuff - which makes the sleeves look longer than necessary. I wish thecuffs were narrower. Otherwise a very nice shirt. We got a few for our other girls in different sizes.

Our daughter wears a school uniform, so for years I've purchased lots of blouses trying to find a good one. Upwards of $45 sometimes. This one is the best one. By a landslide. Lands Ends shirts for 3x the price? Can't touch the quality of this one. Frankly, I did not expect this type of quality at the price we paid. This is a top notch tailored shirt that pays attention to detail: beautiful red and blue piping on the interior collar [not shown in picture; picture must be old] interior extra buttons are covered so they won't rub against the skin; darts are perfect and even; seams are perfectly straight everywhere; button holes are just the right size and have not frayed in the least after multiple uses and washings. The quality is very similar to Foxcroft..for women those shirts retail for about $70 each. Is sizing small? Yes. But that's clear from the reviews. I rated this "fit as expected because I ordered a size up. So order accordingly. But do not miss out on this tailored, quality shirt for $12bucks. Wish they came in my size.

Great blouse, but it runs very small

This is a great blouse, but definitely order several sizes larger. After reading the advice of others, I ordered a size 16 for my very slim 10 year old (who always wears a size 10). I can not believe it, but it fits!

Great uniform shirts for kids

When I want low cost, attention to detail, and comfort with a kid in mind I always go to French toast. My daughter's school shirts were too scratchy so I bought these. She is much happier now. I just wish the brand carried mid calf length pleated skirts.

Love the Fit!

I purchased this blouse for my granddaughter to wear in a Show Choir performance at school. She is 11 years old and wears some 12 and some 14 sizes. I was hesitant due to the many reviews that said this shirt runs really small. I took a chance and ordered the size 14 anyway instead of a larger size. So glad I did. Fits perfectly with enough room for free movement. The fitted seams makes it look so nice on her.The shirt is made very well, good material. Like all white shirts, yes a little see through, but nothing a beige cami worn under wouldn't take care of .:) Nice shirt, would order again!

very much recommended as a uniform shirt for high school

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter. The sleeves are a little too long for her by maybe an inch but the rest of it fits perfectly. The fitted lines hit in all the right places so that she doesn't feel restricted and it doesn't "bunch up"...very much recommended as a uniform shirt for high school.

Beautiful shirt fits my daughter well. Very shapely. Will be ordering more. Fits true to size so if you want baggier order up a size. My daughter is very slim and it fits her very tapered and shapely
