Holds up well

Great, durable school skirt. These are the only ones I buy because they don't shrink, they don't wrinkle, and they hold up so we'll, all year long. I love the adjustable waist because I don't want to buy new skirts in the middle of the year. Stock up when they are inexpensive! Also, I have a tendency to size up for my kids (longer wear time). Do not size up on these or they will be too big.

Gorgeous skirt!

I cannot say enough about these skirts, they are so adorable and look so nice on my daughter. I will be buying more for her school uniforms. I love that they have adjustable straps inside because other brands do not have this on the skirts for some reason. The price was fantastic so I had to give them a try. My daughter loves them and dad is happy they are long. No bleeding or shrinking after washing.

Uniform School Skort Fit

My daughter wears adult size 8 in jeans & shorts & we’ve previously ordered the school skirt in a 20.5... but that was too big for her. So, this time we ordered the 18.5 and it fits perfect!! She still has a little room to adjust tighter if she needs it. Hope this helps someone when trying to find the right size.

Love this skirt

Love this skirt. I own a handful of brand uniform skirts for my daughter and this is the best quality and fitting yet. Unlike others, the fabric has yet to pull or pill - it is smooth and looks new even after washing. No wrinkles when taken out of the dryer warm; hang up while still warm and no iron needed for a clean, starched look. Dry inside out to ensure metal clasps don't knock against inside of dryer. Just ordered another in khaki. As far as comfort, my little one hates tags and anything that's snug - after wearing this she asked to wear it again the next day to school.

Great for private school!

This is a very fitting, flattering skirt that does not wrinkle very easily (it does if you accidentally leave it in the dryer all night) , which is highly important in a busy family of 5! It is also great because you do not have to purchase bloomers or shorts to go under which is a requirement at private schools. Highly recommend these skirts. They are also adjustable in the waist which is important for either slim or regular waists. My daughter is 7 and around 50 lbs. and wears a size 6 comfortably. She wore a size 6 in first grade when she was 6, with the waist tightened, and will wear again in 2nd grade with it regular, no tightening. Best skirt thus far!

Great Scooter Skirt for the Price!

This is the second French Toast Scooter Skirt that I have purchased for my granddaughter. She grew out of the first one. I originally needed a beige skirt after she joined Daisies. She is now a Brownie. This product is extremely well made and durable. It is machine washable and dries well without a wrinkle. We especially like the shorts underneath the skirt. I would highly recommend this product for its appearance and durability.

Adorable and Suprisingly Professional

I originally ordered the dark grey scooter skort to be part of a costume and since the sizes are in girls I was a bit worried. I have a 31 inch waste and I'm 5'2" and I have a bit of a booty so I thought it might be tight. I ordered the 16+ and it is a teeny bit big but not even so much that I would want to alter it and it comes down just at the bottom of my knees. It is perfect! The quality of the skirt is surprisingly good and the shorts underneath are also good quality and attached the skirt very professionally. When I tried it on, because of the length my boyfriend actually agreed that it would be more than suitable for work in addition to wearing it with my Hermione costume. We are both quite conservative and I am really picky about the length of my skirts. I couldn't be happier.

Superior Quality Skirt/shorts

I purchased size five in grey and khaki for my five year old who is 4ft tall and 46lbs. The skirt fits well with room to grow. I was pleasantly surprised to see the grey's waist band has elastic at the back with buttons on either side and button holes to adjust the waist inside! The khaki has cute gathering at the back from the elastic waist band but does not have an adjustable waist.This grey skirt also has a zipper but the khaki has no zipper. Both colors have comfortable shorts beneath! I Love, love the fabric, pleats and the buckle details on the side. My daughter loves these skirts too and wants to were them, especially the khaki all the time! What a winner:-)

Adult plus sizing

I ordered this as an ADULT student for an Irish Dance school. The largest size in the hunter green is 20 1/2. I ordered this hunter green skort, initially, but it was woefully undersized and I had to return it, as I wear a 2X or 18w-20w, generally. The 42.5 in this skort from French Toast fit me perfectly but it only comes in navy or khaki for the size 42 1/2. So for adults, I would think if you're a 2X you should start with the 42 1/2, for a 1X maybe try the 40 1/2 and if you wear 0X/18/XL then try the 38 1/2.

Good quality & no need to iron. My daughter is starting 1st grade and is 48" tall and 50-52lbs and I ordered 6X. The waist is little big but not falling enough; just enough for more growth this year & length is perfect! Highly recommend!
