good quality for the price! has a ncie heavy feels to it and came very well packaged. i put my diplomas in them and they looks great. only complaint is that there is no inlay/indentation for 8.5x11 paper, gotta center it yourself

Quietly Professional

This is the perfect frame for a professional look. Not at all flashy or ostentatious, but quietly professional. It was shipped with custom Styrofoam protection. Very nice overall, no complaints. The opening in the matte is exactly as described, just short of a quarter inch of your 8.5x11 document, the overlap of course allows the matte to hold down the certificate.

Pleasantly Suprised!

I wasn't expecting too much for an inexpensive document frame, but this one turned out to be quite nice for the price. Frame is much heavier and sturdier than what I'd be able to pick up at the local W-mart for a similar price. I'll definitely order more next time I need another document frame!

I ordered two of these frames. They are excellent quality. It is nice to have the white matt. The matt does make the picture or certificate stand our nicely. This elegant, simple frame looks nice on most walls. We have mounted two of these frames against a wall covered with gold and white grass cloth (wallpaper). I would buy this frame again when I need something like this.

Great frame for the price

It's a pretty simple frame, but that's what I like most about it. Goes well with most decor, especially in the office. Looks professional. Was well packed for shipping and came undamaged. I ended up having to buy a new mat because the included one was not the right size (my fault for not reading it) and it was easy to find the standard size. Came with picture wire and brackets. (Also, I know my degree is spelled wrong in the picture. I'll reframe it when the corrected copy comes and be able to report about the durability of the folding clips.)

Excellent Frame! I bought 3

This is a great frame for the price for displaying documents, diplomas, etc. It comes with hanging hardware (anchor/screw needed) that easily attaches to the back of the frame. The frame comes packaged securely in styrofoam to protect it during shipping. I've now purchased three of these, separately, as I was impressed with the first one and have added additional documents to display. Very happy with these.

Better quality than pricier frames!

I honestly didn't expect too much - I mean, it's just a picture frame, right? Wrong! I've bought much more expensive frames over the past few months...and this one has been the best! It's sturdy, easy to use, and I like the option of using the mat. I chose to frame with mat - it looks fresh and professional....not like I put everything together myself! I'll definitely be buying more from this company. I do wish they had a 11x14 with a mat. I believe using this frame without a mat is the only option for that size.

Looks great!

The instructions were a little odd concerning the hooks at the back, but I finagled it and it's solid. This is a very professional looking frame and it didn't come with any dings. The shipping was great. Honestly, I was afraid that the glass might be broken upon arrival but this frame was packed with *so much* care (styrofoam container and layers of bubble wrap).

Great Frame for Showcasing Kids Art

Product - exactly as described and with the pre-cut mat fits a 8.5" x 11" piece of art paper (not construction paper) very nicely. The frame hinges on the back are easy to open and close, which makes inserting paper quite simple. We bought this frame to showcase the art of our almost 5-year old; we thought the frames were nice enough to give as gifts to family members. Packaging - We ordered seven frames in total. Each frame is individually packaged in bubble wrap. And, there was sufficient Sealed Air packaging material to protect the top frame(s). However, there was no Sealed Air packaging material or crinkled paper on the bottom. Not Suprisingly, the glass of the frame packed on the bottom arrived broken. We contacted the company on Christmas Eve and received a response in less than 24 hours stating their apologies and that a replacement frame was being shipped free of charge. The frame arrived in tact on December 29th. I would order from this company again and, although disappointed that a frame was broken, was impressed and pleased by the quality of their no hassle customer service.

Good value for the money

The first one I got was all scratched when it came (3 of them were pretty visible). However the Americanflat reached out to me and when I explained the situation they sent me a new one for free. This new one is great, no scratch or anything, serves the function perfectly. So I'm glad with the ROI for sure (great value for the money)!
