Um, this is BIG

Do you notice that this says it has a 500 pound limit? That is more than the hammock chair that will be hanging from it will hold. This thing is big and heavy duty! Like BIG and HEAVY DUTY. I couldn't find anything like this locally, and am very happy with my purchase.

very smooth swivel

Sturdy, no fear of sitting in the hammock chair and not falling. Best, in my opinion, is how smoothly it swivels. A light breeze is just enough to slightly turn the chair .

Mom friendly.

This was for a gift for my mom to hang her swinging chair. I bought an extra from what the chair came with. I was so glad I did and change it because mom goes"at night I need to bring in the chair so the squirrel doesn't mess it. How do I get it off?". It was so easy for her to get the chair on and off by herself. I never thought of that.

Perfect for hanging hammock chairs

Used this hook to hang my hammock swing and could not be happier. The clasp is super strong and the swivel allows you to position the swing any way you want. Will be ordering again and will recommend this product.

The swivel hook I'd a muxt

In my opinion, dont get the hammock chair if you dont get the swivel hook. Seriously. It's a must. All these other things they send with the kit are not as important, however I love that black rope. That knot will not come undone.

When I ordered this I was somewhat expecting it to be something of inferior quality for whatever reason. What I received was something quite different...a swivel in size like I have seen no other. Heavy duty and smooth action. Truthfully "over kill" for me needing to support the weight of someone using the hammock. Seriously...that's okay as would rather be confident than otherwise. Great product. Priced right too for the quality and size. Lots of room to engage the hook and hammock thru.

Heavy duty!

Holy buckets this thing is heavy duty!! It is perfect for hanging our hammock chair so it can easily be brought in when not in use!

Solid hook, AMAZING customer service!

I ordered this to go with a hammock chair, but due to space constraints I wasn't going to be able to use it. I emailed about a return and instead they gave me a refund for the full amount and told me to keep it! I feel guilty about keeping it after they've refunded what I paid for it, but wow! That's some excellent customer service! And their responses were so quick, within 8 hours each. I'm pleased as punch with this seller. The hook seems really solid too, heavier than expected. It seems like it would stand up to a lot, and the swivel mechanism is smooth too. All around, I'm 110% happy with my experience. Couldn't recommend it more!

Heavy Duty quality for a great price.

I received the swivel hook snap sooner then expected. It is a good quality heavy duty material and I am positive it can hold multiple times my weight (I weigh 110lbs). The company is very friendly and offer great customer service. I received an email a day after delivery to ask how I liked their product. Holds my Hammock Chair!

Holds my new hammock chair perfectly! Love being able to swivel in my chair. Was a tight fit on the chair hook but my husband was able to work it out. It truly does hold a lot of weight. Lots of big guys have tried the hammock chair out and it's held up!
