I've had every diagnostic test available to try to determine why my ears started ringing. No definitive answer and I actually view that as a positive. After all of the tests, I know that none of the possible diagnoses are present. I don't have vertigo associated with the ringing as some people do. The "ringing" I have sounds like muted cicadas. Sometimes the volume would increase so much that I had to turn up the sound on the TV. I have a bit of a feeling like my ears are "stopped up" too. I've been using this for a year now and it works. Follow the directions and don't get discouraged if it is taking a while to get results. It was around eight weeks when I could say I barely had any ringing or stopped up feeling in my ears. Keep the bottle where you will see it so you will remember to use it twice a day because I did find the ringing coming back when I forgot to use this for a few days. Just stick with it - it does work.

Arrived yesterday in excellent condition. If you are squeamish in having liquid in your ear, this product might pose a discomfort. After I got over it, I will definitely use this daily. I will update in a few weeks, regarding how this product is working on my tinnitus

Helpful for Tinnitus

This product soothes tinnitus and can temporarily stop it completely if combined with massage of the neck sterneocleomastoid (sp?) and masseter muscles.

Actually Work

I get pretty good relief using this formula. I don't like putting drops in my ears so very I carefully put a bit on a Qtip and let the ear draw it in. Seems to work fine.

Definitely work for ear rings. I bought one from Walmart and get three more from Amazon.
