Great buy for peace of mind.
So far so good. I’m using it on a Sorelle 4 in 1 Vista crib. Directions say that the rail isn’t for toddler beds...but I don’t see why not. Super simple to install and does not require two people as the directions implied. —maybe if you’re using it for a large size bed, but that wasn’t an issue for me. It might be annoying to change the sheets, but it’s better than not having a rail and worrying about your little one falling out of the bed. Way better than paying more than double the price for the name brand rail that was made for my crib.

Great, Affordable, Sturdy Bed Rail!
We purchased the Kura bed from Ikea and desperately needed a bed rail as we were going from a crib to a "big boy" bed for my son. I searched high and low and came upon this one from Munchkin. I really liked that it came in different colors and looked more modern and fun for my son's room. There is a competitor brand that looks similar, but is much more expensive. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a bed rail that would have basically been half the price of the bed frame itself! This one was a perfect price on Amazon and it fits the bed perfectly as well. I was disappointed that I couldn't find any instructions before I purchased because I was afraid it wouldn't fit the bed. I think it's because the product is so new. But my hubby and I made it work and it's very firmly hooked to the mattress. I've included a picture of the instruction manual so others can see how it attaches. I would definitely recommend this bed rail!

Very happy with it
We have had this bed rail for about a year now and we love it, we actually had it on our 18in king mattress last night and it worked just fine. My only issue is that with the bed frame we have for my son it cant be on the lowest setting so the times he has fallen from bed (hes a very wild sleeper some nights) its higher up than we like, not dangerously high, but I wish it could be a little lower.

He finally slept in his own bed :)
Delivery was fast and item arrived in excellent condition. It is sturdy enough to withstand my son's back and forth wiggling...for now :) He has a platform crib/bed which is 5 inches deep and it was a bit tricky to make the rail work. We added two pieces of 1 inch plywood on top of the bed base (under the mattress) to make the depth less than 5 inches and it worked like a charm. My son likes this rail better than the original crib front panel because now he can get in and out of bed alone and doesn't feel like he is in a prison cell. The only thing I don't like is that it's kind of hard to take the mattres in and out when changing the sheets.

Your search stops here.
Your search for the perfect bed rail stops here. It is very solid and is easy to install. We use it on a twin size bed for a 2-year old. It covers the side of the bed that she sleeps on, and leaves a large gap at the foot of the bed, but that hasn't been an issue as we want her to be able to get in and out. The top of the box spring sits below the bed frame on our bed and this still collapses almost flush with the bed because the hinges are raised. It's a breeze to lift and lower the rail. It feels like we read every review on every bed rail... we're glad we went with this one!

Bought this to use on the spare bed for our young grand daughter when she sleeps over.
I am so glad that I purchased this side rail for our spare room. We leave it on the bed and just lower it when it's not in use. We feel that our grand daughter is safe in the bed now with the other side pushed up against the wall. She likes the "bed fence" as she calls it and we don't have to worry about her falling out.

Works for bunkbed or bed wth frame/slats and no box spring
Finally, a rail that folds down easily with a framed bunk bed without a box spring.

Love this!
Very happy with this. Looks great, not flimsy AT ALL like some other brands, looks stylish with the curved shape. There was a bit of a faint smell to it out of the box but not bothersome & could barely smell it a few hours later. You don't feel it at all under the mattress (was worried about that) Says can be installed in 1 minute on the box but let's not exaggerate! ... Took my husband (who is overly competent with all DIY jobs!) around 30 minutes to get it into action just right. He doesn't like to read instructions so maybe that had something to do with it ;) My son (2.7yrs) was part of the dismantling of his convertible crib & installing this bed rail and was so happy and excited with his 'open' bed just like mama & papa's! He slept for a great 2 hour nap and went to sleep at night just perfectly on it's first day of use.

Great product
I used this on a twin bed with just a mattress and a laddered slat system in a recessed frame (Pottery Barn bed). Yes, the manufacturer says this isn't designed for this type of bed - but for us, it has worked well. We did secure the metal poles to the slats for additional security and support (another reviewer mentioned doing that with zipties) and I feel like that has added even more stability to an already good product. It was fairly easy to install, although not "1 minute installation" like they claim! It took about 30 minutes to do 2 rails (one on each side) with 2 people. The rails are easy to fold up and down. I do DREAD changing the fitted sheet - and the rails really change/impact the way a flat sheet and blanket or comforter can fit onto the bed. But I'd imagine that is true with nearly any product like this. Overall, this is a great product and the price is worth the quality!

Sleek look, easy to install, fits convertible cribs
I looked at several bed rails before deciding on this one, as I was looking for one that would fit a crib converted to a toddler bed. Many bed rails are meant for twin beds and would extend the whole length of a toddler bed, defeating the whole purpose of switching it from crib to a bed. This one was perfect. It was easy to install and has a modern look to it at an affordable price. The fold down feature is nice and simple to work. I also appreciated the color choices. Most of the rails just come in white, but when you are trying to get your 2 year old to stay in their bed, you want it to be fun. This blended in with my son's "Good Dinosaur" bed theme perfectly.
