These have a really good crust and the filling is good and not overly sweet. I think I'll order another box now that I'm thinking about it!

not too sweet

I was surprised and happy to find that these blueberry toaster pastries are available on Amazon. I got turned on to them originally when I bought a box from my local co-op, but the co-op later dropped the UNsweetened varieties, keeping all the flavor options but only the ones with frosting. I've always liked the impact these not-too-sweet toaster pastries have on the taste of coffee; I eat half of one every morning.

Pop Tarts Adult Style

I love how easy these are to take for breakfast in the morning. They are not super sweet since there is no frosting. The filling is more natural tasting and less jelly fake tasting. They do not crumble when packing in a lunch either.

Really good taste!

These are my kids favorite pastries and I don’t feel guilty about feeding them to them since they are organic and much lower in sugar than leading brands.

Yummy Blueberry beats out Strawberry in my humble opinion

I bought both the Blueberry and Strawberry versions of these through Amazon's Subscribe & Save Program. I shop at Costco a lot and have been disappointed that they only carry the Frosted variety of toaster pastries. I refuse to pay the grocery store prices for a treat like this so, for years, I've done without. Both Strawberry and Blueberry are good but I find the Blueberry to have more fruit flavor than the Strawberry. Either way, if you're like me you'll enjoy this product and, the Amazon Subscribe & Save price is quite reasonable too!

I'm On The Better-Than-Pop-Tarts Side

Yeah, I know, it's a matter of taste. But really, do we want so many things so awfully sweet? There are a lot of flavors out there besides "sweet," you know. These pastries aren't as sweet as Pop Tarts, very true. I find (and I'm talking unfrosted) that I prefer tasting the strawberry stuff and the pastry stuff rather than the sugar stuff. This is a concept that takes some getting used too; but it's really not all that difficult. Not that these Nature's Path goodies aren't sweet; but they aren't as sweet, so sweet your mouth feels like it wants to go immediately to the dentist after you eat one. Shall we mention that these just may be better for you? Well, I'm no nutritionist, so let's leave that part to the scientists in the crowd.

Taste great

I purchased these because they were organic. I was disappointed to discover they had 18 grams of sugar. However, they taste good, are easy to heat in the toaster and about right for a snack or breakfast supplement which tends to turn into breakfast. They hold me until about 10:30 or 11:00 and I start getting hungry. That's pretty good for a snack. I like the Apple Pie over the chocolate which is a surprise to me.

Good price, good product

These came out to be about $1.50 a box. It's made of organic good stuff and without frosting. I was looking for a healthy alternative to pop tarts because I know I could take a whole box to my room and eat it all. These are really good and filling. Usually one pastry is filling, and if I don't have anyone to give the second one to I end up eating the 2nd one so it doesn't go to waste. Haven't tried it heated yet. Will probably buy another case or 2 before end of year.
