Bye bye brush bowl

This product works great, and is pretty thick. The thick gel sticks to the area it's applied to before flushing. I leave this on my toilet for 5-10 minutes, and when I flush every bowl yucky stain etc, flushes down with it. I'm left with a clean bowl. And I didn't even have to take out the yellow gloves.

Lysol Cling Gel Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Country Fresh, Smells wonderful, Cleans to a sparkle!

Love this cleaner, it does a phenomenal job at getting under the toilet bowl rim with ease, I don't even need gloves. The thick gel, is just thin enough that it can still slide down from under the rim, to cover the entire bowl and still cling slowly to all of the surfaces, while the cleaner goes to work, (getting everything clean!) A little scrub with the toilet brush and I have a sparkling bowl, after using Lysol Cling Gel Cleaner. Another plus is the absolutely fresh scents of Lysol Cling Gel Toilet Bowl Cleaner, that acts as a pleasant air freshening experience for the entire bathroom, everything smells wonderful, clean and fresh. I liked this scent Country Fresh!

Lysol Gel -- Tried & True!

What can you say? Nothing cleans under the ream of the toilet bowl quite like the crooked neck squirt of Lysol Cling Gel Toilet Bowl cleaner! I like the disposable pads that fit on the click and throw away handles we have now, but to get my bowl really clean with no black specks left, I squirting my Lysol Cling Gel under the toilet bowl reams, walk away and do something else, and then scrub with my little disposable scrubbie on a handle. The Lysol already has the dirt broken loose and running into the bowl! Finish up with my scrubbie on a handle, push the button to throw the pad in the garbage, and I'm ready to clean the outside in a jiffy & be about my business. Truth be told, I need the power the Lysol packs because I'm no longer physically able to put any pressure into scrubbing!

Fresh scent cleans well

I do like the gel in cleaners. Of all cleaners this cleans the best. Goodbye stains and odors. Only negative is I have trouble with child proof caps but it is a plus that it is safe to have around children! 😂 Also goodbye to germs. That s what we ask for in a toilet cleaner don't we? I did not have any trouble besides my trouble with caps. 5 stars.

Swish and flush.

Lysol is always a brand I trust and when it comes to the nasty chore of cleaning "ring around the toilet bowl" I really like the angled dispenser head. You just pull the cap up and squirt it under the rim. After a few minutes I just swish it around with my toilet bowl brush. The scent is pleasant and leaves a fresh smell in the bathroom. I purchase these through Prime Pantry so I always have some on the shelf when I run out in a bathroom.

Works when used correctly

Smells nice, doesn't linger for too long. Yes, you have to use the toilet brush to get a good clean with this. Just pouring it on and flushing will do nothing. If you have it (and I do), get someone else to do it. Get up all the hard water stains from the top of the rim.

Great toilet bowl cleaner, not optimal for tile or mold

It works great as a toliet cleaner. I got it because some of the reviews said it could work well to clean tile, but I haven't had any luck with that. It just left blue residue on the tile and didn't really get the little bits of black (I assume mold) off. I've only really had luck with bleach in that regard, so maybe this doesn't have enough bleach in it. Regular bleach (maybe OxyClean) or those bleach gel pens might work better for tile than this. But overall I have no qualms with it.

Don't try to save money buying off-brand cleaners.

I've tried to be thrifty and used off-brand toilet bowl cleaners before, and I have to say it's not worth the money saved! In fact, you end up saving more with the Lysol anyway, because you don't need to use as much in order to get the same quality clean. The gel sticks to the toilet bowl better and requires not only less effort, but less product to get a better quality clean. It also smells much better!

It cleans the toilet but not hard water stains

It cleaned the throne! As mentioned, it does not remove any rings around the bowl, like hard water stains. Honestly, I think just about any toilet bowl cleaner works, it if you have rings you need to but that porous stone they sell to remove. Happy Cleaning!
