Excellent product

Excellent quality for the price. Mine has no noticable defects. The only downside is that finding a clear, acrylic stand and a decent carrying case for a 'lens ball' of this size can be a little challenging. I ended up getting a small, black, padded purse/bag from the local hobby store and a clear, acrylic sport's ball display stand. This should work better for photography than the wood stand that comes with it.

There are other crystal balls out there for more money but I took a chance on this one based on the reviews. I am using this for photography and this glass is absolutely clear with no imperfections. However, it is quite heavy though and may be difficult for someone to hold in one hand. The stand is very nice but the carrying box probably won't hold up to a lot of travel.

Crystal Clear Choice: Buy It!

Product came as described, and it is the perfect size for a crystal ball for a Professor Trelawney costume. The product is incredibly clear with no visible scratches or imperfections. It came packaged well, and it fits perfectly on the included wooden stand. I plan on using this for some photography purposes as well. Wonderful product and a great deal!
