Protect your loved ones in their car seats and booster seats by applying these sunshades to the rear side doors of the car. This provides UV protection, cuts sun glare, reduces heat, and prevents your children from getting burned or overheated

Works great, easy to install
After transporting several movie props in my car and getting my vehicle called in, I bought these. Helps keep nose people from calling the police for "dead aliens in a car". Works great, easy to install. If you don't want to pay for the actual tinting, this is a great and simple way to screen your windows. Now to haul off a bunch of mannequins.

Really GOOD MESH & PROTECTION, FITS FORD EDGE.
Oct.2015 I bought these REAR side window sunshades for use in my Ford EDGE Limited, because we travel by car frequently & we live in a tropical area where sun & heat can be really HIGH. I travel with my wife & 2 daughters, and sometimes they complain about to much sun in the rear seats. I must say that the windows of my car are medium tinted but do not block too much direct sunlight. After a 1300 milles trip (>2000 Km) these shade soxs worked beautifully. Material is like pantyhose (Nylon) and although it seems delicate, these socks have endure use. We have traveled long distances and at high speed (85 milles per hour) and the protective mesh are fine. PRO - Easy installation, in the EDGE doors these sunshades stretch to their maximum and cover 100% of the rear window. - Windows can be rolled down and mesh permits air entrance. - Direct sunlight is blocked over 70-80% !!! - You can still see outside although sight is diminished a lot. CON - You must stop car for taking them off. - Don't expect to be ever lasting with frequent use (I will update these after). Overall for the price 4,5 stars. Pictures in amazon are real & good. oK, if review was helpful please v..., thanks.

Blocks Sun, Let Air In
So far, I love this product. I sit in the car for an hour while waiting to pick my daughter up from school in the afternoons, living in Texas, the sun gets hot! I wanted something that would block the sun while still allowing air flow, I found this and ordered it. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima, because of the shape of the door, it doesn't fit perfectly but it fits well enough to block out the sun and make waiting MUCH more comfortable. There is one small area at the bottom that isn't covered but I can live with that. I can still feel the breeze that is blowing through and see what is going on around me. Before this, I was just propping a normal window shade up to block the side window. While that worked in blocking the sun, it also blocked any air flow from that window along with my ability to see out of that window. I knew there had to be something better out there. I'm glad I found this!!

The best auto related purchase I've ever made
I had little to no expectations for this item seeing as how the price was so low. To be honest this window shade set has been a total game changer. It took less than 30 seconds to fit it over my car's windows (20 seconds of which was trying to figure out which side was the longer end of the sleeve). For the parent of a constantly hot child these things have changed everything. When both rear windows have these on it keeps my car pretty cool even in 95 degree weather! They fit nice and snug on my windows and have not popped off, stretched, or ripped even when going 80mph. They do billow and flutter (for lack of a better word) at speeds over 40 mph but it's not distracting. Be aware they are quite dark and you NEED to use your mirrors (all of them) when backing out and changing lanes.

Best one I have found!
Love it! I have a SUV/van and it fits the windows almost perfectly there is a slight little sliver that shows at the bottom but ain't no thang but a chicken wing. It keeps out a good portion of the light and helps keep it a bit cooler. You can roll down then windows and it stays and helps keep out the bugs. One thing I'm surprised with is when it rains and gets wet the inside still stays dry (I kinda figured it would seep through and be damp on the inside but that doesn't happen). I'm glad I purchased this item vs other window shades. Only slight negative is my windows had a very light tint already and trying to look out them at night (while backing out) is a bit difficult.

Lifesaver!!!
I moved from Boston to The Sunshine State FL where it goes from hot to inferno. My car doesnt have tints but these shades have been awesome. I bougt two for my backseat windows where my kids sit. They love the shades. They love that they can roll the window down and still have shade. I bought an additional pair for the driver side and passenger side windows..of course they do not fit exactly because of the mirrors but I donforce it to fit and still no complaints, LoL. It is a life saver for when I am parked outside during work hours or on the weekends doing shopping. I like getting into a cooler car than before and not touching a scorching steering wheel or hearing my kids complain that their seats are hot. I would definitely reccommend if you do not or cannot get your windows tinted.

Great purchase serving dual purposes
This is the only thing that worked to shade my little one from the sun! As a bonus feature, my husband and I took our son to the park and had forgotten a blanket to shade him from the son. We took the shadesox off the window and wrapped it around the entire infant car seat. It acted as a sun block and bug shield. Worth every penny and we've only had them for a week!

An Genius Temporary Fix for Shading the Kids while Driving!
This is a tremendous idea! My wife and I have two children we stow in the backseat of an old car. Tinting an old car seems like a gamble, since we're pretty sure it's near the end of its life. $250 + for a window tint on a soon to die car is like throwing away money so we went out seeking different options. We tried the do-it-yourself window tinting kits from Wal-Mart but ended up with a tint that wouldn't stick to the window and a loss of about 4 hours. We tried the little screens that you can suction to your window and those either fell off or didn't provide enough coverage to the whole window. My exhaustion towards finding a solution was building until I found these "sox". It's extremely easy, my 2-year-old could put them on. The fabric is very stretchy and fits our large back window, I'm sure it would work just fine with just about any size car window. The fabric seems mildly durable by feeling alone. We haven't had it get any snags or tears though it seems easy enough for that to happen. We've had it on the car now for 1-2 weeks and its worked great. We had a heavy rain and the weather stripping wasn't effected by having the shade sox over it, no water got inside the car that I could see. This shades the back seat of our car extremely well, it's bright in the front with my wife and I, but the back seat is almost dark on the brightest days, I love it! Some extra's comments & thoughts: - Because half of the Shade Sox is outside your window, anyone passing by could easily tear the fabric if they wanted too - While driving on the freeway, you can hear the sound of the wind blowing through the cloth - As the driver, it limits visibility out the driver side back window, something about the angle causes the fabric to become unable to see through, I can only see about 5-10% through it. I fully expect to replace these within 6 months, but for the price I'm extremely happy! I tell people about them whenever the opportunity arises.

Awesome product, mostly fits on Dodge Journey
When I was considering this, I didn't see many reviews for midsize SUV so I wanted to post my own. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey, and it fits wells enough. as you can see in my attached picture (Photo #4) the bottom lifts a little so if it was just a hair bigger it would fit better. This however doesn't effect the sun coverage so its fine by me. I purchased this because I am moving my 3 month old daughter from to infant seat to a convertible next week, and when babies are rear facing without the infant canopy the sun always beams them in the eyes, at least in my car. I wanted something that covered as much as possible of my windows. I tried them out yesterday with her canopy down and I am pleased to report that when the sun went through these and onto her face she didn't even flinch. The back seat is noticeably cooler by several degrees with these on. It is like being under a shaded tree, some light penetrates but not enough to make you feel hot or squint. I love that you can roll down the window. They are great. I have attached a picture of my hand in full sunlight compared with in the shaded back (Photo #3 and #4). I bought the bundle, and unfortunately the rear window cover does not fit my car, the cover is too big and the suction cups cant attach. There is a rather dramatic blind spot on the driver side (photo #1) as others have mentioned. This however, does not effect me because I have blind spot mirrors anyway. All in all this is a great product. The only negatives I would say is they could stand to be a tiny bit bigger and the blind spot may bother some people.

This product is AMAZING...
UPDATE 4/2019 These things are still very useful. I have washed them a couple of times. They do tend to stretch a bit with highway speeds. I still prefer them over the stick on ones. They were very successful at keeping the sun off my baby boys face. Only wish they didnt stretch, but honestly that is expected with any type of material like this. I love these things!!! These are a must have for any parent to be or just anyone who wants to shade the back windows without spending money on tinting. Honestly I like this way better than tinting and these are WAY better than the nets you stick to the window. I love these because I can put my windows down for a nice breeze and absolutely no bright sun or much of any sun gets in through them, which will be perfect for my little one when he gets here!! If I could I would put them on the front windows too. They don't look tacky, they look for sleek and they are beyond amazing. WORTH EVERY PENNY AND THEN SOME!!! HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM!!!
