Yummy delicious coconut chips
I get hooked on coconut chips! A few days ago, I bought a small 6 oz bag of dry coconuts from Ross, I paid 4 dollars for it. It was so good, I went back trying to get some more but they were out, so I checked on Amazon and found these coconut chips. I can't believe they sold these coconut chips at such low price. I ordered them with my prime membership, the chips just arrived this morning. I opened one immediately and tried them out, they are surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting, they are thin and light , a lot easier on my teeth than the other brand I brought from Ross. They are good healthy snacks without added sugar, lots of natural fiber, I will definitely buy some more after I finish my 2 bags. Great product with great seller!

Just GREAT!
This low carb gluten free snack is GREAT! No sweetness added like most comparable products, which means the subtle flavor of real coconut floods your mouth with each bite. Really great just for snacks, or for cooking, and the price can't be beaten anywhere. I'm very happy with this product, and will definitely buy more.

Delicious & better than sweetened! No need to be a health freak to use these!
Great tasting unlike sweetened coconut. I love how there are flakes and chips. I found a recipe for keto no bake "oatmeal" chocolate and peanut butter cookies. The oatmeal is replaced with the coconut. They taste just like my moms no bake oatmeal cookies. Only mine are keto! I also found the most delicious "oatmeal" chocolate chip cookies. They are so good. Again you replace the oatmeal with the coconut! They are also keto, but you need to bake these. At 1st I found the Organic unsweetened flakes as bland when I went to snack on some plain. Only I chewed really slow and then could taste the nutty flavorful nutty taste of pure coconut. Oh my heavens these flakes are good in cooking and as a snack. With a little punch of protein. This is my 2nd 3lb order. The good thing they come in 1.5lb resealable bags. I am still on my 1st bag. However, I do go through it quite fast. My 1st bag is low from my 1st order. I really didn't need to do another order yet. Only sometimes the Seller runs out. So I can't risk not being able to get this delicious food staple. It near ran out several times the last week of May. Then it did run out. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get more. With something this good and nutritious, I don't want to run out!

Not as crunchy as I was hoping for, I don't care because they are so delicious.
Although not as crunchy as I was hoping for, I don't care because they are so delicious. Plus, you can't expect super crunchy AND raw at the same time. I'm much happier having the nutrients spared in raw form than a little extra crunch. Per pound, the value you get for the quality is hard to match. My 2.5 year old and I will go through this fast, then I'll order again!

Great flakes that are crunchy and chewy. Perfect sweetness
Pleased to find this crunchy but a bit chewy. Just the consistency I love. Great in trail mix. Surely could be used for milk flour cooking whatever. I just eat it. Good healthy snack. No added auger I can find. But it’s lighrly sweet. I do not eat sugar or processed foods so sweet is relative. If you eat sugar you may not notice the delicious flavor as your taste buds and brain are corrupted by the poison “su ger”. I will buy again.

Good stuff.
Reading some of the reviews for this product, people had commented that they were bland and flavorless. While I can understand their opinion from the perspective of the “American Diet” that has sugar added to everything, after having cut back on sugar in my own diet, I can taste the subtle sweetness and buttery flavors of natural coconut in the soft, thin chips. Another review is what sold me on the product. It mentioned toasting the chips in the oven on a baking sheet with parchment paper. I used about 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of water, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla to make a light glaze. Combined the mixture with about 2 cups of coconut chips in a large bowl and spread it over my silicone baking sheet. 300 F for 10-12 minutes in the oven, stirred about halfway through, and I had a delicious pile of lightly sweetened, crispy heaven, still full of the delicious and light flavor of the coconut chips. If you try this and it still isn’t sweet enough for you, try adding more honey or maybe a little stevia (a little goes a long way). When I run out, I’ll definitely be placing another order.

Giant coconut flakes, not chips, fyi
This is exactly what I expected. I wanted coconut flakes to mix in a snack mix, like shredded coconut, but bigger. The coconut pieces are dry, but not crispy dry, and a good size for my mix. 3lbs is a lot, though. More than I thought it would be. The bags are resealable, and I'm not worried about using it all before it goes bad. The flakes taste coconutty and slightly sweet, exactly like dried coconut. If you're expecting sweet like the shredded coconut you get from the baking aisle at walmart, this is not the product for you.

Impeccable
Very fresh. Just like eating it right out of the coconut, except just a tad drier. I bought it for helping to improve our memory. Plus, there's a ton of other health benefits eating coconut. This brand has less sodium than others. That, along with the price-point, sold me on this product.

Fantastic, very pleased, will put on subscribe and save if it's available...
Great product... as a suggestion, you can create even more great snacks from these. The price per ounce of these coconut chips is hard to beat btw but on to my suggestions: I broiled these for about 5 minutes on a lower rack of the oven. They tasted better, more like a snack/treat. Then if you want a little more sweetness, I'd take a little bit of honey water, sugar water, brown sugar water, or maple syrup water and pour it over these then broil them. If you want to go crazy, then use some salt - or popcorn salt since you need to use a lot less salt for that salty taste....

Great for snacking
Very tasty as is...bet they will be a hit when toasted with a little sea salt. Following is an edit to my short review a few days ago. I went on to experiment with this product. I stirred 1 tablespoon of Agave nectar into 1 cup of the chips, then sprinkled them with sea salt before baking them for 10-12 minutes at 300 degrees on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Turns out a beautiful golden brown. So good I ate the whole batch before I could stop...I stopped only because they were all gone.
