My favorite diaper cream
I stock up on this. I have 4 kids and have tried many diaper creams. This one coats skin well and doesn’t come off easily, so it protects the skin better. The ingredients aren’t harmful and my kids skin always clears up fast with it!

Miracle rash cream
This stuff is heaven sent. My son had a bit of a rash when he was days old due to drinking formula I had a low milk supply. I tried aquaphor, butt paste, nothing worked! I used this and within hours it was gone. He is now 2 years old and I use everyday and he’s never had a rash

Healing
This stuff works. Like any diaper rash cream, you really cake it on, and within a few times (depending on severity) it heals it right up. We use with an exclusively breastfeed baby, who due to this has tons of number twos, which means tons of cleaning of very sensitive skin. She often needs rash cream to protect delicate skin, and this does the trick. It has stained our cloth diapers so we use a liner when we have to use this. A little Dawn toook the grease out so they don't repel but the white marks remain.

The best ointment out there.
This is the only ointment that I can say is guaranteed to clear up a diaper rash remarkably fast. I started using Burt's Bees with my second child who had sensitive skin and was prone to rashes. It was the only product that not only helped but cleared up her rash really fast and never returned. I use this product on my third child now as a preventative with every diaper change and have not seen another rash since the night after my first use. I first purchased at a local CVS but now I just have it automatically sent from Amazon. I have not used any of Burt's Bees other products but, I would highly recommend this ointment to anyone who wants the best for their baby.

NO diaper rash over here! We LOVE IT!
Super thick, covers entire diaper skin area well with just a small pea sized amount. Contains 40% zinc oxide (higher then regular diaper creams) and is well worth the price. We use overnight for our 4 month old ( who sleeps a straight 9-11 hours) and she has never had diaper rash. I also use the Burts Bee's multipurpose ointment in the jar during the day (every change) when her diaper is changed more frequently. Excellent product, highly recommend.

Cloth Diaper Safe
I am currently cloth diapering my third baby. The biggest issue I faced when using cloth diapers was finding a diaper cream to use that 1) actually worked, 2) was reasonably affordable and 3) easy to obtain when I needed it. This meets all of these criteria. It is a thick cream much more so than other cloth diaper specific creams I tried which means it covers and stays in place providing protection. It is also more in line cost wise with traditional diaper creams where cloth specific creams are often more than 2x the price. Finally, this cream is easy to get your hands on. You can grab it from Target if you run short and you can set up a subscribe and save and have it auto shipped at a discount. We do both. This is great and I highly recommend it.

This was a miracle.
I have a 4 week old baby who got a diaper rash about a week ago that was very raw and irritated. I had been using a combination of 40% zinc oxide buttpaste and max strength and regular desitin. The rash was not improving. I decided to try Burt’s Bees version of zinc oxide just to see if maybe the ingredients were better for his skin. I received this in the mail yesterday at 3:30pm. It is now 4:30am and his diaper rash is 85% gone. It healed OVERNIGHT in 13 hours. Those kinds of results speak for themselves. He also doesn’t scream when I put this on. He calms. Perhaps he was allergic to the buttpaste or desitin? Either way the Burt’s bees saved me and my baby another painful night. I will brag this up and order again. Permanent customer.

If you use cloth diapers!
Best natural, petroleum free, cream we have used. Others are not as “paste” like and do not stick to the skin as well as this one. A little expensive but well worth it. One tube lasts us a month and it covers the bottom very well (even when applied thinly-probably thanks to the 40% zinc). If you cloth diaper this will tend to stain. When I rinse the diaper before putting in the wetbag I use dawn soap on the stain and scrub vigoriously then rinse very, very well to get all the soap out. Almost all of the time I can get everything out. Every once in a while a little will remain. It’s still worth it to me. I have not found Bordeaux’s natural buttpaste or Babyganics to come close to the efficiency and effectiveness of Burt’s Bees. Still using cloth full time and Birt’s Bees when baby’s butt is in need (even a thin application works very well). Updated to add; One downfall is the tube in which it’s in. I find I have to cut open the tube to get the last half ounce or so that is left when the tube is empty. (I cut open tube and put the remaining paste in small glass container). If it were in a tub this would not be an issue and I would not be wasting any product. (Or wasting my time getting the last half ounce out of the darn tube.) For an expensive product I really do not want to waste any of it! But that would be the only thing I would change. Good luck!!

Best Diaper Cream for highly sensitive skin
My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and I have tried numerous creams and diaper/ baby wipe brands and she can only use the ones that are extremely hypoallergenic, paraben-free, natural, ect. This cream clears up any diaper rash in just a couple of days and is very gentle on her skin. It's a very thick, white cream, and the tube last me about 1-2 weeks. It is a little difficult to get the cream out due to its consistency (but worth the effort given the quality of this product). When the cream is almost finished coming out of the opening I like to cut the tube to salvage the rest of the cream inside (which is actually a lot if you try it). Overall I love this diaper cream! I suggest that you also get a diaper cream spatula to save your hands if you haven't tried one already, their amazing!!
