Love it, good quality.

Great knife, especially for bakers and cooks!

I do a lot of cooking and baking so I am always on the hunt for a good knife! I received this 12-1/2 inch cake slicer/bread knife at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. This knife came in a secure package that was easy to open. The knife is pretty light weight and has a nice sleek, professional look to it. My favorite thing about the knife is the handle. It has a easy to grip rubber handle that helps prevent your hand from slipping when cutting into harder breads. I used the knife on both italian bread and a birthday cake and it worked great! The nice serrated edge worked great for even cuts without shredding the cake and bread into a mess. This is a bakers must have!

Sharp, cuts well

Very sharp, cuts well through cake or bread. Because I value my fingers, I keep it in the packaging it came in--it could use a sheath, I wish there were a longer version, but this is a good knife.

My new favorite knife!

I needed a new bread knife. The one I had didn't break but it was not sharp any longer and was squishing the bread when I tried to use it. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. Wow! My first knife was NEVER as sharp as this! Quality defnitely shows in this case. The knife is incredibly well made. The handle fits perfectly in your hand. I am SO glad I gave this knife a chance. It is MORE than worth the price, even before I got a discount on it in return for a fair and honest assessment of the knife. This would make a wonderful hostess or bridal shower gift!
