I just got this seems to work good so far. The cord could probably be cut with some good snips, but if someone wants my helmet bad enough they will find a way to steal it

Changing lock combination is easy.

I received the carabiner cable lock a day before schedule delivery. Cable lock came with a very nice case to keep it secured. The instructions -to change factory combination- were easy and simple to follow. Case looks durable. I recently purchased two matching ILM modular helmets (thru Amazon Prime) and needed a good cable locking device to prevent theft of these helmets. I really was impressed with this The company sent an email to make sure I received the carabiner locking device as promised. I hope they have some stuff for a Polaris Slingshot. A 10% discount coupon was included with the lock. If you need a helmet locking device- get this one. A good price and a great value.

Easy way to secure helmet and more to your bike!

I received this at a discount after I bought the throttle/brake lock (Red) BigPantha sells. It is great for securing my helmet to the back of my bike. I have not used the cable cord with it yet, but I know I will use it in the future for my jacket and helmet when I need it. Great product, I look forward to more of their products.

Compact and simple

this is just what I needed when travelling to/from work with 2 helmets on my bike. This lock makes it so easy to make sure they don't walk away. I occasionally need to pull out my phone camera to see the numbers, they are small, or I'm just getting old. Great product so far.

The perfect motorcycle accessories lock

I bought this lock for a 4 day ride on my Suzuki Vstrom, and it was perfect. The instructions for setting my combination were simple and I had it set in less than 2 minutes. My combo worked first time/every time from then on. The lock and cable have a coating on them to protect the bike so I now just leave it on the bike even when I'm not using it. I used the lock on my trip in two ways. First, the main lock was used for my helmet. But I also ran the coiled cable through the handles of my soft luggage tailbag to avoid a "grab and run." I probably had room to lock my jacket too if I'd stretched the cable full out, but I never tried that so I'm not sure. As far as other reviewers' concerns: I rode through rain for a full day of my ride and the lock combo/mechanism worked just as smoothly as before my trip. Concerns about the ability of thieves to defeat the lock, let me say this: this is a light/medium duty lock. Don't lock your wife's diamond ring with this. A thief with a couple of large crowbars and midsize cable cutter could defeat this lock/cable. But more heavy duty locks are not realistic for quick lock/unlock situations on a motorcycle. This stops the "opportunity thief" and also adds significant time to an even more determined one. Bottom line is that this lock does exactly what it says it will do at a very fair price, with the added benefit of not having another key to carry around.

Great quality, the lock works and easy to set up

This works great, good quality. We purchased a different one from a motorcycle shop previously and it broke trying to set it up on the way home. Returned and ordered

First of all, I am really appreciative of your this company's follow-up. It is a rare trait nowadays to find anybody who cares about customer satisfaction to that extent. I applaud you for your great effort and always keep it up. SECONDLY, regarding the lock, the quality is quite sturdy and easy to use. You had already sent me the instruction of usage before I had received the lock and once I got it, I could set it in less than a minute without the need to read the Manual. I use it now to secure my helmet on the motorcycle everything I am discounting the bike. Thanks for the great quality product and for the superior customer care

Very happy with this purchase

Very happy with this purchase. It is nice not to have to lug your helmet around when you are at places. It is light and compact enough that it doesn't take up much space when you are on the go. I appreciate the rubberized coating on the coil and parts of the lock to protect your bike's paint. The cable is long enough to do as the product description says. 5 stars.

Handy and very well made

I received the lock very promptly, and I really like it. It's small enough to carry in a pocket and I can lock my helmet and jacket both to the bike quite easily. It is compact, well made, and I had no problem setting the combination lock. The numbers on the lock show up well even in dim light. Well done, and thanks to BigPantha for the good service.
