It takes some getting used to, especially if you're not used to 'rooting around up there' so to speak. I'm still not sure if I'm unfolding it correctly, but it hasn't leaked yet and I've used it for two cycles -- whatever works I guess. Personally, it has never even filled half the cup, even on my heaviest days, so I'm not the best reviewer regarding leakage. The most challenging part to get the hang of for me was releasing the suction, as many have said. You basically have to reach as far up the cup as possible and push it away from your vaginal wall to get it to release enough to pull out comfortably. It doesn't stain and even comes with a little pouch to keep it in! Highly recommend, it's already paid for itself.

THIS PRODUCT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE! I bought this in an attempt to try something new that everyone was raving about (and to try and decrease my environmental impact). The first day was a little nerve racking with fear of getting it stuck and having to go to the ER. I would recommend trying this for the first time when you will have a full day at home to get the hang of it. After a few days of use, it quickly became my favorite product ever. It’s so comfortable you forget it’s there. Some days I even forgot I was on my period because of how comfortable it was. I will never go back to tampons!

I bought this cup, and the Diva cup. This one is so much softer and thus easier to get in. It is also more comfortable. I got the B size because I had a c section with my daughter and the other one I got was a post pregnancy cup....it was too big and I could feel it. This one is VERY nice. I do want to note, nothing to say negative about the product just for informational purposes.....that I have had ( TOO MUCH INFORMATION WARNING) really rough periods. I was so excited to try a cup for all the reasons they have been becoming more and more popular. I am 30 and figured an old dog could learn a new trick. It says you can wear it up to 12 hours....and that most women will not go through more than 30 to 60 ml of fluid per menstruation. I figured mine would be double that and that I would have to change it a bit more frequently. I didn't care bout that because I felt it would still be better than what I was having to do wearing a pad and a tampon at the same time for protection. I filled it up in an hour and a half. I have never had way of measuring the amount I bled, and this gave me that. So if you have super heavy periods like me, be prepared to change often, and wear a pantyliner.

Best investment ever as a woman. I was getting sick of buying pads all the time. I thought I had what some may consider a “heavy flow” and after using this, I realized I thought that because pads just collect and it only seems... I’ve used it a few cycles and had no issues whatsoever. I had no trouble with using it even the first time. No leakage, no pain or discomfort.

OH EM GEE!!! I love this cup!! I use to be a Diva Cup advocate, but I believe that was only because that was my first menstrual cup. I had issues with urine getting in the cup. Although I had a child, I didnt have him vaginally. I made sure I had the right size and still had to empty it at minimum 4 times a day because of urine getting in the cup BUT THIS DUTCHESS THO!! I was a tad bit worried because it was smaller. But it fits perfectly!! No spills, no urine overflow!! Nothing but bliss!!!

I was unsure of cups before I bought this. After having a baby, it’s been almost two years without regular cycles. I bought one just in case and have used it for days I feel a bit heavier than just “spotting”. It can take some practice to insert and remove comfortably, but I love it now that I am familiar with the product. It also came with a little carrying pouch. How thoughtful.

Honestly, this is so much cheaper than a Diva cup and I love it. I have used it for half a year now, and I have saved so much money. I had to nip the end as it was bothering me, but it is amazing. I hate tampons and pads! Because it doesn't soak up liquids, I swim with it in up to 13 times a week. I don't feel anything and no water gets in. I used to always be worried about the tampon soaking up the water and I getting an infection, but no water gets and no blood comes out. I dont have to change it so often either!

I used tampons and pads when first receiving my period, and I wish I would have found out about reusable cups much sooner! The price for one cup is less than a box of tampons at Target. I will say it’s slightly messy when you’re starting out using the cup, but once you get used to it, it’s very very simple as if using a tampon. The other amazing thing is I can go long periods of time (6-8 hours) without having to change my cup without fear of leaking or TSS. Easiest time to change it is in the shower!

I honestly wish I had switched to this years and years ago. It is so comfortable you completely forget that it's there! I have never been more comfortable on my period than when I wear this thing, not only is it comfortable but you can also measure how much you're bleeding because there are measuring "lines" inside. I will never go back to paying for tampons or pads or being uncomfortable on my period again. TRY IT! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I will never go back to tampons or pads again. This is the best invention for women! It's reusable so I never have to worry about running to the store if I get my period unexpectedly and it's better for the environment, too. Once you get the hang of how to insert the cup, it's so easy to use and I don't even feel it when it's in.
