Works well. Large coverage.
It is an unfinished piece of woven synthetic... Plastic like fabric. It works exactly like I expected it to.

shade cloth for garden
I should have purchased this earlier in the season; I lost lettuces and greens to the hot sun. Still hot weather, so have replanted lettuces and greens, and have the shade cloth in place. Pretty little green sprouts coming up! So happy about this product!

However the clamps that came with it are useless.
Saved my plants from a monthlong heat wave in California. Temps are consistently over 100 F. However the clamps that came with it are useless.

I live in AZ and it's summer time so highs over 110 are pretty common.
Bought for my garden. I live in AZ and it's summer time so highs over 110 are pretty common....before I installed the cloth my plants were just about dead, and now they are coming back to life. In hindsight, maybe a higher shade % would have been better but it's definitely doing its job. The material is definitely cheap, another review stated that it's like garbage bag plastic and that's exactly right. However, it has stood up to wind/rain just fine and the holes make it very easy to fasten any way you please.

This was easy to clothes pin on to a cyclone fence to provide shade. I am waiting for the month long hot days of August for the real test! I wasn't sure whether to put up 40% shade cloth or something less, so we will see. Typically, out August is about 99 degrees every day, which is hard on my vegetable plants and small tree seedlings.

I highly recommend it!
This has made a huge difference keeping the hot sun off the vegetables in the garden; rain can still get through. Plants don't tend to wilt or bolt as much in the hotter weather. I highly recommend it!

Great Price and Service with an Added Gift!
This shade cloth is a tremendous price /value and on top of the great material, the seller included clips at no extra charge that allowed us to attach the shade cloth to our greenhouse. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Inexpensive, durable Shade cloth
Durable and easy to install. Inexpensive and great UV protection. I use this shade cloth to cover my Pergola porch in the summer. Keeps plants and furniture out of the glaring sun.
