I am not sure about all of these negative reviews. I ordered the gray towels, and they are fantastic. No, the decorative stitching does not shrink in the dryer. No, the towel does not shed. Yes, the towel is durable. Yes, the quality is excellent. These towels were probably the best purchase for the value I have made on Amazon. Don't believe the doubters. Buy these towels for the value they offer.

I received my first set of towels and unfortunately, my package was stolen. The seller gave me instructions on how to receive a refund. Thereafter, I got a new set of the same towels. The towels are soft, big, and just overall lovely. My boyfriend loves them too and he is picky about his towels. The only constructive critique I would add is that if the seller had different colors available, I would have purchased more of them.

Very good set of towels for the money.

Considering the price point, this is a very good buy. I’ve been using these towels daily for a couple months. Yes, you’ll want to wash/dry a few times prior to use. They’ll release quite a bit of lint, but nothing really unusual. They absorb quickly, and as well as any other towel. And they are soft. For my preference, they’re as thick and soft as need be. I haven’t noticed any problems of shedding during use.

Got a four pack for my son and daughter-in-law. They are nice and plush. Thicker than I thought they would be. Yes, there is lint for the first couple of washes but they are worth it. Nice towels. I liked not having to get the hand towels and washcloths at this time.

These are luxury towels. If you don't like luxury 5 star hotel type towels...keep looking. They are the softest and most water absorbent towels I've ever owned in my nearly half a century worth of living. I wouldn't write this if I didn't mean it.
