So far I'm loving this carrier! My little babe is 3 months old and we use it every time we go to the grocery store. It's super comfortable and I never feel like I'm putting any pressure on my back, or anywhere really. It's so supportive, and as my little one as gotten older he's grown to like it more and more too. I also love the fact that it's so versatile and can be used at any stage of infancy (with the infant insert, of course) and obviously for how comfortable it is. I can't wait until my baby reaches 5 months and is old enough/big enough to be front facing as he loves to be able to see everything that's going on. Totally worth every penny, even if it is a bit more pricey than other carriers on the market. Cannot recommend enough!

With my first baby, I received the baby bjorn one carrier. My baby wasn't too fond of being confined in anything, and the carrier was no different. I envied mothers who were able to easily carry their babies in a carrier with no fussing 😊 However, as a physician, I was also concerned with my baby's hip placement with the baby bjorn as they didn't seem to be well supported in a sitting position (the legs seemed to dangle straight down instead). With my second baby, I purchased this carrier as I like how it holds my baby's hips in the appropriate position. Amazingly, my baby likes it. It is also more comfortable for me to use and I love that I have the option to sit her on my hip when she gets older. The mesh fabric is cool enough to wear in the summer, and my baby is better supported with more privacy during naps and feeds. Love it!

Absolutely love this carrier!!! It is my first baby carrier, and I did a lot of research. I wanted one with versatility and that she could use for a number of years. Also, I live in an area that is hot and humid most of the year, and wanted something that is breezy for my baby girl. My baby is still front-facing (with an insert bc she's tiny and < 4months old). She fits in the carrier comfortably, her head is well supported (with the insert), and the carrier is really easy to put on/take off. Only thing I was slightly disappointed about is that with the insert, you can't really breastfeed with baby in the carrier (the baby sits up too high for it I think). In order to breastfeed, I had to unbuckle the back and slip a strap off, and it was wonky and uncomfortable for us both. I think it should work out great when she's out of the insert and sitting in the bucket seat. I love this carrier and highly recommend it =)

These are very comfortable for both parent and child. We have twin babies and one is always fussy at any given time. Put them in here, they calm down, even nap, and you can go about doing whatever you were doing. Before these I felt like I was sitting on the couch trying to entertain or sooth them all weekend, a prisoner in my own living room!! Now I feel like a free man!! You NEED this as soon as your child has head control!! (you can use them earlier, but you'll only have one free hand to go about your day instead of 2). Needless to say we own 2 of these!! PROTIP - When they're small, like 3 months or so, use a couple burp rags under their bums to sit them up to the right height. Don't waste $$ on inserts or anything fancy.

I am not a baby carrier type of person. I am a stroller person. However, we will be traveling this summer to some places that are not stroller friendly, and I am taking my almost one year old. We have used the regular ergo and she has accepted it for awhile, but I knew we would die of heatstroke if we were using this in the summer. We have had our ergo for about a month now, and this is what I have to say: 1. Weather- this mesh ergo is so lightweight that it is like wearing a belt and two backpack straps. I can carry my baby without any extra bulk. 2. Forward facing- my daughter is a little explorer and hates riding facing me. She loves to ride in the forward facing position and kicks her feet and enjoys the sights when we walk. I am able to kiss her head, hold her feet, and see exactly what she is doing at all times. She is comfortable and can move around to grab things still (good for her!) 3. Extra perks- the straps all have a little elastic band on them that holds the extra strap material. I am on the small side, and this keeps all the extra length of straps from hanging down. Also, I can put this on and get her in it alone with only two buckles to clip. It is a breeze! I know people say that the ergo 360 is amazing, and I didn't really believe it would work for us, but it does. It was worth the cost.

UPDATE: Jan 2019 - our 30lb 15 month old stil loves this! Its good on my shoulders and back and I can loosen the straps to let him nurse while I’m walking. We are currently on vacation in Mexico and he’s not too hot in it nor am I** We had our little guy in Mexico and wraps and Rebozo’s are what you wear there. Anywho, we tried the wrap thing the first few months and it was fine until our little guy started wiggling and wanted to lean forward and sideways. Came back to the states and had to get a this carrier. It is a lifesaver. I’m cooler too. The wraps make me sweat like a pig. We only have done forward and normal facing and our little guy stays put.

Ergobaby is the only carrier my LO will actually sleep in. I've tried the original and being in Texas the carrier became way too unbearable with the heat. The cool air really makes a difference and we don't end up being soaked in sweat after using it. Definitely recommend for hot weather!

This is a very versatile carrier. The hip-carry option is wicked awkward and uncomfortable for me (petite, 5'), but the front carry options are great. We've been using since he was an infant with a little pillow to sit him up higher (Ergo makes a proprietary one, but we just doubled over some thick cloth diapers). My baby loves to fall asleep in this as I do errands. Only wish the wish material at the head (inside of the carrier) and legs wasn't so scratchy. We use the Kaydee Baby one piece drool pad and this works very well to protect from the scratchiness for his head. Unsure what we'll do for the legs yet as we go into the spring and he starts wearing shorts instead of pants. However, it keeps him cool enough when I wear him (we both run hot). Husband is 6'2" and works for him as well. Would recommend.

I did a bunch of research on baby carriers before we bought this one and I’m so happy we picked this one. One thing my husband really wanted in a baby carrier was that the baby can be forward facing (and many didn’t support forward facing when we did our research). This carrier is super supportive I have worn too many times to count and I have never had a problem. My little loves to be carried in it ( especially on the back now that she is bigger). I have worn it about 5 or 6 times through airport security without any problems. It is easy to put and put little in, in any position. Because there is mesh it breaths great, even on those hot days. Overall one of the Best Buys we bought after bringing our little home from the hospital.

bought this to replace our older ergo baby carrier, and our little girls favorite position to be in this is the new forward facing position. if you are thinking about upgrading, i would recommend it as now she can see everything going on in front of her and just looks in awe of her new perspective. it is also very comfortable to wear.
